In the early years, Carson bank held our accounts. They supported the young college age adults with loans for vehicles and computers. Then investments for rental properties. Thank you for supporting Mulvane activities, schools and etc.

My family has been a Mulvane State Bank (Carson Bank) for years. My family has always been treated with respect and kindness. Help has always been given. Now that I am out of state that becomes even more important. I have seen many people come and go over the years but all have been wonderful. The Carson family has always been terrific for my family.

I moved back to Wichita from NYC with my wife who is from Barbados. We decided to go with Carson Bank on Douglass St. to open a local checking account for ourselves because it was the closest bank to our college hill home and had good reviews. It took over an hour to get a joint checking account open for my wife and I, and I used a check my parents had written which was my grandmother's inheritance money to open the account. Well, there was confusion and my mother moved money to her savings account before the check could clear and it bounced. I get a call from Carson Bank the check didn't clear, and the result was they were closing the account. They only needed $100 to get the account open and we spent an entire hour (shouldn't take that long) for the account, so I told them I would get the check situation sorted out, and bring them $100 in the meantime. I get a call back a few minutes later that they spoke with their supervisor and they are closing the account. Now, that's fine, because I would never want to bank with an institution that treats its customers this way, but why were we not given the opportunity to bring them $100 to finish out opening the account? I'm not one to pull the racist card, but I'd be willing to bet $100 a black foreigner being involved was the reason we were cast away so quickly. First they gave my wife trouble for her New York ID saying they wouldn't accept it. Then once the check bounced they must of been so relieved to have an excuse to not have to deal with her. If that's not the reason, I'd love to hear their excuse. Anyway, a blessing the check bounced and we aren't banking with Frank L. Carson III.

Very friendly, efficient, and helpful! They are also family owned.My family and pretty much everyone I know has used them for forever. They also make you feel very much like you're a part of one large family in mulvane.

This bank forgets to mark accounts as paid in full for multiple years at a time in my case and dont care how it affects customers.

They lock you out of your account every 3 months for days until you change your password. I have a decent amount in my account and theyve locked me out of various apps, itunes, cashapp, and general card usage. Then you have to either go see these people or call them, and waste thirty minutes fixing their mistakes.
