Gave us minimal notice of cancellation of my family farm the second my brother died. Extremely insensitive. And when asked to see if there were other options, they have failed to get back to us. Luckily my mom’s local agent at American Family came through with one quick phone call. So if you want an agent who cares when your going through a death, I would not recommend Carson.
