I was on the black jack table at this casino and they refused to pay a side bet, when I was still in the process placing bets down i was the only person playing at the table with people watching and vouched that i always play the side bets. before the dealer drawed any cards from the shoe I placed a side bet on +3 bet and i was then placing my second side bet on the top 3 side bet. While i was placing bets down and again barely even a second in the dealer started the next round while i was still putting chips down. i told her to wait im still making my bets she said to late and pulled a card from the shoe and before she placed it at my hand and no one seen it because it was still facing away or turned over from the shoe. i kept telling her wait I'm still betting and she said to late that im slow and then place the card at my spot and said I have to remove my bet. I told the pit boss and he didnt care and basically antaginized me about my side bet. I asked them if they could honoring my side bet and they can watch the camera and see that i was still making side bets and that i always play the side bets and see on camera i always play it a never miss playing it, there isnt 1 time i havnt played it. I spoke to the pit boss - boss and I explained to him what had happened, and he didn't care either to look at the camera. to know that I said wait and waved at her that I was still betting before she pulled the card from the shoe and that I was inches away from completing my side bet. It would have hit for 2 thousand dollars and he said basically he don't care. I feel like reporting this to the gaming board for the unethical way they played.

My husband and I stay at the Hampton next door every trip home from Wyoming. We love the casino margaritas and the Tin Lizard Restaurant to wind down after a 13 hour drive. We have never had a bad experience here. We are not gamblers, but we sure enjoy the casino restaurants and frozen margaritas. They have a food court now and this time we ate at the Asian Noodle and ordered Shrimp Fried Rice; we will never eat there again, it had zero flavor and it was SOOOO Greasy we both got stomach aches immediately, we think from all the grease in the rice. We both left half our meal and went straight to our hotel room with stomach aches.

If the casino were a girlfriend, I'd say I've spent way too much cash trying to keep her happy, and all I get back is silence. At some point, you realize it's not 'playing hard to get'—it's just straight-up robbery in a sparkly dress. Time to break up and keep my wallet out of this toxic relationship.

Restaurant was excellent, I had the macaroni and cheese chicken breast, and it was made to perfection. The breast was lightly fried to a perfect golden brown and buttery, and the macaroni and cheese had a little zip to it.
The slot machines were the same as anywhere else, with the same payouts. That being said, I did better on slots that I did on the table games, but that's how luck works. Table dealers were a mixed bag, had one dealer who had the personality of a wet mop. (I think he was concentrating too much) but the roulette dealer was very down to earth and a conversationalist.

Love the dice tables and friendly dealers. 10x odds on craps. Awesome food choices as well. 37 brew restaurant stays open late. Check out the food court.

Extremely tight slots. Crosswind Casino much better. They should just have a deposit box out front for you to drive by and put your $$ into and save the time inside. Boyd runs the tightest games in the business.

Good pizza good beer friendly staff , but this casino does not pay , I was playing in $8 $5 4 $ 250 and my bonus was 140 , 73 13 this is a joke lost 3,000 overall it’s just a casino to get a drink and play to entertain your self but definitely just take you money that’s your willing to lose . I have been around and have gotten lots of jack pots ! This is the only one that never pay me
Or my husband. We are just visiting. But after 3 times here ! We won’t go back .
