Dr. Carro has taken care of my husband and I for years. He is a wonderful doctor he cares about his patients, never rushes our appointments and listens to our concerns. His staff is friendly and helpful! We love Mulvane Family MedCenter would highly recommend!

I love the doctors they are amazing and listen 5 stars for the doctors but the referral lady Andrea is absolute trash she is rude and only cares about the money for the referral Lady she shouldn’t even have a job there without her they would be a 5 star medical center. She never answers the phone she gets mad if you call more than once and makes sure it’s a least been a day before returning your call even if you are transferred she should be fired she can’t even manage to do her only job of answering phone and referring people I would give this place a 5 star review if they could manage to get a referral person who can do their job right instead of sitting on her phone playing games all day or whatever she does on her personal phone. My husband had an appointment cancel 2 days before when it had been scheduled for 2-weeks because we were waiting on his insurance card with the doctors name on as one would get annoyed when it had been scheduled for 2 weeks he was expressing that frustration by being a bit loud but not yelling and then he left a voicemail for Andrea about the fact that this is ridiculous since they could have canceled way before 2 day before he was supposed to have it and she said she was going “to fire him” when he was a patient and she was yelling and getting Mad at him and then snarkingly said “fine I will schedule you with somewhere else that can see you without the change on insurance card” I don’t know why they didn’t do that in the first place

This is the most horrible clinic I have ever been to. The receptionist was nice, but, their clinical staff is all very young and very unknowledgeable about most things. I have several chronic diagnosis and they didn't seem to have much knowledge about any of them. I was very unhappy with their services. If you question their knowledge or their treatment you get treated really bad. They don't like to be questioned about how they handle your care. They treat you like you are subhuman and they can dictate medical care to you and you have no say in it. For example. I have been diagnosed with Partial Seizures by a neurologist in Wichita. The person I saw, her name was Danica, knew absolutely nothing about Partial Seizures and told me that I lied about my diagnosis, when in fact she had records from the neurologist that did the EEG and gave me the diagnosis. She told me the neurologist refused to send her the documentation, but, I talked to my neurologist and he said he sent them to her FIVE times. I'm not sure what she did with those documents, but, he was so frustrated with her that he told me he never wanted to be contacted by that clinic again. It was the most unprofessional and horrible experience I have ever had in my life with a clinic. I would NEVER recommend anybody going there for medical treatment.

Lovs this place. Yes sometime you have to wait but great doctors are worth it.

Gave then three chances. First time we waited over two hours to be seen; second time we had to wait over an hour, and the third time we left after waiting almost two hours. Of course they take payment up front and doubt we will ever see it refunded. The lady's at the desk are great, but if you are not a mulvane life long resident you will not be seen in a timely manner. We seen six individuals come in 20 to 30 min after us, be called and left before we even got in the room.

Okay I went to Dr. Comer for the first time, and I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor. He listened to all my concerns and explained everything very well. He answered all my questions, definitely making him my primary doctor. His staff was also great!

Dr. Carro has been my primary care physician for almost three decades. I have never had anything but quality service, from all the staff at the Mulvane Clinic. Always have got in to the exam room lightning fast. Could count the times I had to wait more than 15 minutes on one hand. Consider the Doctor and most of the staff friends. Would not want to go anywhere else. Often have appointments made with outpatient services and specialist. They take care of it, and all I have to do is write down the appointment information and show up for the appointment. They also have to do a lot of extra paperwork for me every year, and they have always done a spectacular job taking care of it. They offer professional quality service, that has unfortunately become rare these days.

The Nursing staff for Dr. Cario are insensitive to his patients needs. They are unfriendly and lie. Jonathan told me he called in my prescription, however when I contacted the Pharmacy they could not find a prescription request. Call the Nurse back and finally got him to make the call. Called the Pharmacy to verify, they said they had just gotten off the phone with him. That practice needs to reevaluate its patient care policy. I will find a new Dr.

The office staff isn’t knowledgeable and they are rude. I was at my out of pocket maximum and they were still trying to charge me a copay. My insurance told me multiple times that we had no co pay (none of my other doctors charged me a co pay) they told me I was wrong and I will always have a co pay no matter what. I had to have my insurance company call them multiple times to fix this. They also lied to my insurance company and told them they didn’t tell me I had a co pay. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Dr. Comer is a great doctor, really takes the time to sit down and listen, and talk about options, which is rare these days. The other staff in the office, and their operating procedures are another story. We have yet to go in there and get back to see the Dr. in less than an hour after our scheduled appointment time. Anytime we've had to rely on the staff to schedule something out of office, whether it be a specialist or some other procedure, we struggle for days to get a hold of someone or get them to call us back. We have also left messages for the nurses for various reasons, but have yet to have either of them call us back. We even had one call us out of the blue for something, we called them back, left a message, but never heard from anyone again. If the office really wants to know how to improve they can figure out how to get people through faster, and actually get back to their patients.

Dr. Comer has treated our family from our preemie baby, to my elderly mother, and everyone in between. The staff treat you like family, and Dr. Comer goes above and beyond! You wait a longer than other places because he gives you great attention and truly listens to you. I would rather wait and feel like my doctor actually cares and took the time to listen, than be treated like part of a herd of cattle again! Well worth any time spent waiting.

The doctor and the employees are wonderful people. They explain things clearly and are some of the most friendly people I have ever meet.

Dr. Carro has been our family physician for many years. He is caring and compassionate. We have never had a problem getting an appointment within a reasonable time and on several occasions, when an emergency has arisen, we've gotten right in. They are in partnership with the other Family MedCenters in the area and share equipment so if testing is needed, they have the proper facilities.
