Prices online show its less than what I am being charged. Who is keeping the extra in their pocket? Sounds like they owe me a refund. When you call in the lady doesnt give her name and did NOT APOLOGIZE. Look at website the price is different than they say on the phone or in person why????If you come after dark expect the police to question you...and ask for drivers license after you show them you have keys and can unlock unit and have copy of lease agreement. Completely unnecessary, it's summer time and hot to be moving in the middle of the day? How about you update your website or allow those who pay faithfully to use unit without hassle? July 01/2025 two police show up to question me and the two other who were helping me move my furniture into the unit after sunset. If you are legally at a property with permission and a lease and keys dont bother people. Some other storage facilities are secure with a gate, or have a single electric light unlike these for similar price.

We had a tree rip the meter and service completely from our house. These fellas showed up with everything they needed to fix it within 30 minutes. They worked in the middle of pouring rain to install our new service. We can't Thank You all enough for making sure we got our power restored!

These guys are the best! Every time our well goes out they're always there the same day even on the weekend. They understand how disruptive not having water is and even rearrange their schedule to fit you in. I can't say enough about how lucky we are our landlord uses them. They are also friendly and professional.

Its VERY cheap and VERY secure, but the guy I talked to was very rude and unfair.. I have my camper there now, but since I put it there a month ago, I've been looking for somewhere else to put it. If I hadn't been in a rush to store it, I would not have chosen this place
