Nice clean little guest house, great to have options like this in smaller towns where hotels aren't as prevalent.Loved the book of what to do, where to eat, and history of Ness City!We will definitely stay here again!

A wonderful home away from home for even just a night. The house is very inviting and cozy. Brent and Jean thought of everything someone may need to enjoy a restful night before continuing on with their travels! Highly recommended to book as an AirBNB!

Brent & Jean's place is infinitely better than the other option in town (a seedy, run-down motel) for what's really not much more money. Do yourself a huge favor and treat yourself to this lovely retreat if you find yourself in need of a place to rest your head.

This one bedroom House in the heart of the Midwest has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire property to yourself, complete with a fully appointed kitchen, and laundry in the bathroom. The exterior of the house boasts a large yard, and patio for relaxing. One claim to fame for Ness is the Historic Bank building. I would be happy to arrange a Free tour (if possible) of this building as I am a member of the Bank Building Foundation. We also have some of the best quail and pheasant hunting around.
