“Reading the bad reviews keep me on my toes when I was going there but once I got there at 4:50am. I checked in and I was assigned a dock for my pick up. 30mins later they were done loading.”

“I really like the front desk staff they are very professional and pleasant .
What I don’t like is the lack of staff during busy hours
Sometimes one can be standing in line for over 10 minutes.
Plus an elderly was in there the other day he had problems standing , there is no accommodation for the disabled!
One more thing if customers go in to send out a package they should have it ready to be mailed out
Not go up to the counter and expect the postal employee to prepare their package.”

“I've been picking up shipments for the last few years here. They've always called to let me know it's in and to schedule pick up. I'm always informed or reminded that it's an unmanned terminal. The driver has good communication with me for pick-ups since I drive an hour.”
