Was out of propane for a week and a half. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for two days. Once I finally got a real person the guy was rude. If I didn’t find another supplier I would have been out of propane for six weeks according to Ferrells latest automated call. Funny that a new company got me propane in one...
