We’ve got 2 tanks, one for the house and one for the shop. We got our automatic fill for the house right before the arctic blast. Hadn’t had the shop tank filled in 6 years and had it on will call. I’ve been spending a lot more time in the shop since I retired and finally ran the tank out. I tried to request service online but since the tank was reading 0%, I had to call. It was an automated call which actually worked great. In less than an hour the driver was at the house. Since I let the tank drop to 0% it had to be tested, which Dallas (the driver) did. He also tested all of the joints in the shop to make sure we had no leaks, as we were smelling propane. Turns out that can happen with a very low tank as there is insufficient pressure to seal the valves! I won’t let it run out again.

Ordered propane weeks ago, called to check when we might get it and the order had been cancelled by Ferrellgas with no explanation. Placed new order and was told we would be expedited, 5 days later, still no propane.

I January I ran out of propane during Artic Blast, despite being a customer for 13 years You let me go for 2 weeks without heat, which caused my pipes to break, even though I had the water running and problems keeping me and my dogs warm. Now all this doesn't matter I have to pay the full bill before I can get more propane. The bill I was charged when you finally got me fuel should be forgiven since I had all of this happen..

Please at all cost avoid Ferrellgas! We nearly ran out of propane twice! We ordered when we were at 45%. They gave us a date that it would be filled by and it was 2 weeks after they finally showed up after I got nasty with them on the phone. Of course during the coldest time of the year. Customer service is horrible and they don't give a damn about you.

Was out of propane for a week and a half. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for two days. Once I finally got a real person the guy was rude. If I didn’t find another supplier I would have been out of propane for six weeks according to Ferrells latest automated call. Funny that a new company got me propane in one week.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would, TERRIBLE customer service, cancels scheduled fill appointments and multiple hang ups. Communication is non existent. I will NEVER use this company again!

This company charges you $150.00 if you have more than 5% remaining in the tank at pick up. They say they pump off the remaining LP gas before delivering to a new customer, so they charge this fee to existing customers. Feels like an illegal way to make it look like you owe them money back. NOT RIGHT. THE PRICE OF THIER LP GAS NOW IS $3.59 GAL, TOWN AND COUNTRY IS $2.59. By the way, The tanks belongs to them, they should pick the tank up anyway, seems we should be charging them for the days the tank sets on own property.

The Service Tech was professional and very efficient. He leveled the tank, guaranteeing accurate readings for continued safe propane usage.

They charged me for a fill in January that didn’t happen. Tank ran out and cost me an HVAC service call. Still dealing with it 10 months later to try and get someone on the phone that can do something about my $1200 bill for nothing. Wish I had another propane option, I’d be done with ferrellgas
