Had my car two different times. My car didn’t have one scratch before the accident. They didn’t fix the scratches. And they gave me a windshield with a distortion didn’t put the plastic piece on the windshield on correctly. Got residue all over my passenger side window didn’t fix that. Piss poor job

I am very happy with my experience. From the time of the estimate to my car's finish date ( 1 week ) , I was treated very well, all of my questions were answered completely and I was kept apprised of the work scheduled on my car. I had a door replaced, a power window repaired and the job was beautiful. When I picked up my 2010 Dodge Nitroz I was truly amazed. The repair was terrific . The car was detailed inside and out ; it looked like a new vehicle. I am unable to find all of the words to express my satisfaction and appreciation for the quality of the repair. I highly recommend that anyone seeking body repair for their vehicle to contact Crash Connections. I believe you will be glad you did !

Let me begin by saying I have NEVER had the customer service and professionalism that I received at Crash Champions in Newton, KS.
From the day my truck arrived and Aspen texting and calling to let me know the process, to being in communication with my insurance company (when they weren't communicating with me) and letting me know the next steps.
The whole team fought for what was right with my truck with the insurance company and made sure that I was in the loop the whole time.
From the front Desk, to my contact, the guys in back doing the work and the General Manager seriously cared about me and what needed to happen to be safe for myself and my family.
The friendly voices answering the phone, the smiling faces and handshakes when you walk in, seriously is rare these days.
I can not say enough about the Newton team and level of professionalism and personalization they give to the customer.
When accidents happen and you need a vehicle repaired, or you want to do something with your vehicle that falls into the line of work that they do... Give Aspen a call, I promise she will be prompt, concise, knowledgeable and help with what you are looking for.

They stayed in constant communication through text message. The paperwork I was able to sign through email, which made dropping the car off the night before and not missing work a huge plus.
