Zero! We took our 8 month old English Bulldog her to get him fixed last week. Our initial contact over the phone was great. It all went downhill from there. They never communicated about his procedure or called to let us know how he was doing. They also didn’t call and let us know they were adding expenses and that we were going to have a second bill when picking him up. A friend of ours recommended this place and paid under $200 for the same procedure and breed. I feel they did everything to increase our cost. Our dog had to stay overnight and hers didn’t and etc. Our final cost was $500.00.

Told myself 150$ on the phone then charge me 340$ absolutely ridiculous and wrong. Worst experience in a vet in my life.

Took care of my old Chihuahua.She had a bad leg so she walks on 3 the other one went out.Gave her 2 meds and she was able to walk on 3 legs again.Didn't do unnecessary x-rays, or test. Thought her knees were bad in her back legs.

Someone that works there has deleted my appointments out of their computer after scheduling them, they even went so far as to deleted my Min Pin Harley Davidson AKA Harley David's Euthanasia Appointment out of their computer!!! They also let my dog go so long with Diabetes that it caused him to have liver and kidney damage, if they would have been checking his blood regularly he wouldn't have had to be put to sleep as he did!!! They're also very money hungry and wanted me to pay them almost 400 bucks to have my dog Euthanized and Cremated, absolutely ridiculous!!! They also wanted me play hundreds of dollars for dog food and medicine ?!!!

I was able to get an appointment readily with an injured stray cat. I appreciated the attention to get him situated with vaccines and parasite control and the immediate referral to an orthopedic vet for surgery. The cat had a great outcome and is happily adopted.
