My pickup had a dead battery, I had stopped for a nap at the Newel travel center and the key was on.They wanted $80 to come 0.3 miles to give me a jump that took 5 minutes Skeeters wanted $40 and they are 1.7 miles away.But someone came along with some battery cables and give me a jump for free.

Considering its usually less than desirable circumstances that bring you to a towing company, it was a very pleasant experience with extremely helpful employees (phoned in several times with questions and they couldnt have been nicer!) and prompt service.

Unpleasant & hard to deal with. Hopefully no one else has to deal with their bad attitudes, only dealing with it because I've been forced to.
