This bank let someone steal my money after I notified them it was happening. I noticed right away (by accident) that several charges for $980.00 to Western Union were pending on my debit card and I called the bank. They immediately turned off my card and said they would stop the charges. The next day I was missing $980.00 from my account. They stopped some of them but said they couldn't stop the first one because it was pending. I threw a fit and got investigations going at western union and central national bank. After a few days, the money was returned to my account. Then 2 weeks later the money came out of my account again. I called the bank and they said that they couldn't conclude that it wasn't me because whoever did it had my address and email. This is ridiculous because I can find anyone's address and email online in 5 minutes!!!! Then I see their "investigation report and the money was transferred from a western union in Texas and they didn't have my email address, it was completely wrong! I called the bank again, but they won't help and could care less about an account holder of 20 years. I have since filed a police report as well, but thanks to this shitty bank, I will probably never get my money back. Avoid this bank at all costs!!!!

The ladies in there are super helpful. I usually ask for Cameron or Liz but whoever I get its usually fast and they can help you get set up with whatever you need. usually don't write reviews but I thought they deserved this one. great job newton ladies!
