It was good except for the service manager told me of a way to save money after I was completed with the service for next time instead of using the info. This time!! It was a lower grade oil with a special addition from gm to make it better. Would have saved me about $50.00 not happy. I ask for some help with my pickup Andtoid auto system but he tried ,but couldn't help. He didn't know how.

The job was done well! Oil change and filter, front sway bar bracket and bushing replaced on one side. Labor price is a killer and I was told they were replacing both sides so it would be all good! Other side was good, so I’m glad they didn’t do it!

My key fob gave me a warning of low battery. I am 500 miles from home with 600 more to get to our grandchildren for Christmas. Our motel host directed me to Conklin Cars. I was warmly received. Nicholas Newfer replaced the battery for no charge. I am so grateful for their prompt & generous service. Many Thanks

Cal our salesman was kind courteous and knowledgeable. Very helpful. The finance manager is super nice. As a whole it was a pleasure doing buisness with Conklin automotive Group.

I bought a 2005 corvette and it broke down 4 days after I bought it and they immediately covered it 100%. It ended up with an oil leak around 35 days after I bought it and they covered 50%. Which was amazing considering the warranty was only for 30 days and was only supposed to cover 10%. Will definitely be a Conklin car buyer!!

I have always been treated in a positive fashion and the good folks at Conklin answers questions with patience and a smile. I am always happy with service when I take my vehicle for routine maintenance or other issues. The organization operates efficiently and all employees I have met have been been friendly, kind and helpful.

I love these guys. They always take care of me when I need my company vehicle serviced. Last week they even got me in last minute so I could get my oil changed and tires rotated before a long drive. Everyone is super friendly and they have complimentary Starbucks coffee, bottled water and snacks in the waiting area. I never go anywhere else!

I'd give 10 stars if possible!!! I realized after I purchased a car that it was a mistake for my personal situation. After a sleepless night of regret, they let me return it next day and even washed my trade and had it waiting for me. Never dreamed a dealership would do that. Of course it helped that my paperwork hadn't been sent in yet but I still can't believe they let me out of the deal. Shows that kind people are still out there! Thank you and God bless you all at Conklin Chevrolet!

Our experience with Conklin was awesome!!!! Edgar Delgadillo was a Great salesman, very knowledgeable and helpful. He responded quickly to all my questions and made our purchase very smooth. I never felt pressured nor did I spend hours at the dealer. He made it very convenient not being from town. Thanks Edgar and staff that assisted, you guys have a great team and what can I say a Fantastic Salesman!!!!!

I've found Conklin Cars Service department personnel to always be courteous, knowledgeable and professional.The work performed is done timely and complete repairs are always the norm. They inform customers of any concern or recommendations regarding vehicles they service.My car is always returned to me clean and ready to go.

I’ve dealt with a lot of shady car dealers in my life, but Conklin Cars takes the cake. I’d leave negative stars if I could, and I’m making sure our terrible experience is seen by as many eyes as possible so no one else ends up in the situation that we did with them.Bottom line, they sold the car we were buying out from under us but led us to believe that the purchase process was on hold for several days due to one person or another being out of the office, when in reality they were scrambling to find another vehicle to offer us instead. They wasted our time, lied to us, and strung us along for nearly a week, knowing that we were pressed for time on finding a vehicle.Tuesday is when we found out the vehicle had sold. We had been on the phone with them TWICE that day before we were told the truth. We had dropped off our trade in on Friday because we were told the sale was a done deal, that we were just waiting on whoever to finish paperwork and get the payoff on our trade in taken care of. It wasn’t until we went back to pick up our trade in that we found out the vehicle we were purchasing had actually been sold 4 days earlier on SATURDAY.There were numerous other factors that made us uneasy throughout the entire process as well. We already had two different lenders secured before going to look at cars with them. Despite already knowing this and confirming that they worked with both lenders, they ran our credit and looked for other lenders. They told us we had an approval on day one. By Tuesday morning they told us that everything had been submitted, yet we were given the runaround anytime we asked what our trade in value was and what the numbers on the sale looked like. We kept being told “everything looks good” and “you won’t have to worry about a down payment” but couldn’t get any specifics from anyone.Whatever excuse they may have for our experience, there is absolutely nothing they could say or do that would ever make me want to purchase a vehicle from them and I definitely will be recommending that everyone steer clear of them. The fact that we’ve had numerous people in the past two days that have shared similar experiences with Conklin confirms that we are one of MANY who have had a horrible business experience with them. Go to Midway Motors and give your business to Joeabel instead. He was respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to right what Conklin did wrong.

Literally the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.I took my car there over a year ago to fix a leak I was having and they started by charging me way more than their estimate when I came to pick up the car. They failed to fix the leak correctly THREE times (I eventually had to have another mechanic correctly fix it), broke multiple parts on my car by throwing things together sloppy, and somehow lost the plastic undershield that was under the engine when it went in which was a $170 part.I brought all of this to their attention and fought with them for weeks trying to get refunds and get them to make it right. They did fix the broken parts and refund for the other mechanic I had to pay for but now, after dragging it out for over a year, having to follow up with them multiple times for every simple question that was asked, they tell me they can’t provide the undershield they lost because it doesn’t exist even though I sent them pictures of the exact part and where they could buy it.If you have to go there, take pictures of every single part on the car before you go in so you can be sure of what is stolen or lost when you come out. If they did it to me no doubt it happens to more people. Expensive lesson learned on my part but hopefully this will stop someone else from making the same mistake!

It had been a while since I'd been to Conklin ⁰Service center at Newton Ks. I was greeted by a really friendly young lady and gentleman. Tire rotation and checking out a slow leak in one of the tires was on schedule. Within the hour I was on my way. Very very satisfied with this service and will be back!
