The gal working there was great.. however for whatever reason the "port your number" get an iPhone 11 promo wouldn't work for the number I was porting. Very disappointed to say the least. Still got a phone, it just wasn't anything close to what I wanted.

I just purchased a Samsung A13 from Newton, KS location. I was NOT told about a special charger for my phone, which they did not have. She told me the charger cord was included. She said nothing about having to buy a C-Box charger at Walmart. I got all the way back home to start charging without a charger. When I called, Lisa told me the charger does not come with the phone. She said, "that's where they get you."Shame on Samsung and shame on Cricket! WTH

We bought a 5G phone and Lisa failed to tell us the charging brick doesnt come with the phone...30 miles back to newton to walmart to get 1 significant piece we did not have!

The young girl working in this location one, needs to learn about personal hygene. Two, needs to learn customer service skills. When i go in a store to spend well over $500 i would like if you could at least greet me. I'll take my money somewhere else.

Nancy was awesome. She helped me solve my immediate phone problem with ease and with a great attitude, even though I do not currently have Cricket. Because of how she handled the situation, plus the updated info she gave to me about Cricket, I will most likely switch to Cricket when the time is right for me.
