“We loved stopping by Prairy Market & Deli on our way through town to eat lunch and grab some snacks for the road. They have delicious soups made in house, boxed sandwiches with their bread baked in store, and snacks from local producers in their grab and go section. We loved their beef & barley soup, their hummus, and ate a ginger snap cream pie for dessert. They have local ice cream and some items in bulk too! Several of their packaged items contribute to the 1% for the tallgrass prairie program - we bought some German Pfeffernusse cookies to support. All around a great store!”
