My storage unit was broken into. Personal items were stolen. A police report was filed. Newton PD said this is a common occurrence at Hill West. DO NOT store your belongings here!

He's Cheap and Friendly. Don't expect the lock to be fixed on the gate though no big deal if you have a good lock on your unit.

Beware! If I could give a no star I would, this storage unit gets units broken into regularly! And the camera system is substandard at best. Some of the units have no wall separation and people can go from one unit to another stealing your personal items! The owner is a very nice guy but it doesn't make up for stolen property.

Best storage unit. Highly recommend!!! The people who own it are amazing. My stuff was safe, and sound in the storage for a year. They always answered or returned phone calls. Never had an issue.
