Loved this bank when it was First Bank and all the familiar faces! Excellent customer service given on the phone. I am now located in Iowa so have to do much of my business over the phone with them. Since changing to Intrust Bank the customer service by phone STINKS!!! Nobody answers the phone anymore!!! Calling tree an hurry up an wait. Used 2 different numbers today an on hold 15 minutes, at least, with each!!! Extremely frustrating!!! I can assure you as my accounts mature they are leaving this institution!! Hire someone to answer the phone in each branch if your that busy!!

I have been a longtime bank client at this location and have been very happy with the services provided, including: general checking, savings, HSA, notary, and loan services. The new app (2021) has been GREAT, as I can now do transfers via Zelle!

Used to love this bank before intrust took it over. Sal in automotive loans is a work of art. Ask what do you make a year then ask monthly like he doesn't have a calculator. Messed up and the wife told him about a year and short changed ourselves when he asked monthly because I'm a contractor and it changes. Wanted to up my loan 5000 bc the transmission went out on my work truck. I owe about 15000 and it books for 25000 and he said I didn't make enough a month. ????? I paid 35000 for the truck, it's over half paid off. Cant go to work without it to make the payment so might as well come get it since you won't give me back some of the equity I have in it to be able to keep it running so I can work and finish paying it off. As soon as I can all of my accounts are going somewhere else.
