“A couple of months ago my husband and I switched to T-Mobile and it was the best decision we ever made. We had been with US Cellular for almost 20 years but the coverage was spotty and often I would have no service to my cellular device. It was quite frustrating, to say the least. After dealing with that for 2 to 4 years we finally decided to switch. Rose was incredibly helpful in informing us about how a transfer of cellular providers was handled. The reason we did not change over to a different cell phone carrier was because we thought that we would lose phone numbers that we have had for many years. That turned out to not be the case at all. We were satisfied with the devices that we already had previously and decided to keep those. Since changing over we have been very satisfied with the coverage that we have gotten and the customer service that has been provided to us when needed.
Yesterday evening I went by T-Mobile to get an issue with my phone resolved. Every time I put it on a charger, of any kind, it would go to random web pages. Rose and Drake are some of the most persistent employees that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so dedicated to helping their customers that they spent over an hour working together to figure out what was going on with my phone. We were worried that a factory reset may not solve the issue and that I was going to have to purchase a new phone. Turned out we didn't even have to do the factory reset and my phone is fine. I am so glad that we decided to switch to T-Mobile and am especially glad to have done it here in Newton Kansas where they have some customer dedicated employees.
