“Last Friday, I realized at the end of the day that I had forgotten to pick up my Rx refill and that I was completely out. I called Harvey Drug right at closing time. The pharmacist waited an extra 20 minutes after closing time for me to drive in and pick up my meds, just so I wouldn't be without my meds over the holiday weekend. The folks are great!”
“They post reviews of the biggest crybabies. This store isn’t always perfect, but if you don’t look for a reason to complain, you’ll probably do fine. Or maybe just shop elsewhere and stay out of my way. I’m just using the pharmacy for my first time. There was a problem with my scrips but I stood there patiently and they went out of their way to help me.”

“I went to Dillions to get my mother sone foods she could easily eat with her dementia. One of them was pita bread pieces. Travis in the Deli asked if I needed any help. To my suprise he said let me go to the freezer and get some for you. That is customer service. He had no idea how important it was that I was purchasing that particular product. He should be a positive lesson for all other employees. Great job Travis!!!”
“Yesterday I went into Walgreens to buy a new tens unit for my husband. There was a $15 coupon off. Me trying to bring it up on my phone, was a disaster. The young man at the cash register tried to help me figure it out. Needless to say. He was very patient and super helpful. Even offered me a $5 coupon. Super nice helpful young man. I appreciated his kindness so much and glad he was there to help me. We need more people like this young man out there! Thank you, you definitely earned your pay yesterday. Hope they appreciate you just as much”
