I'm In the middle of a 1200 mile drive and was having issues with my phone not charging. After buying a new cable from Walmart late last night, my phone was struggling to get past 17%, but the gentleman working this morning (my adhd forgot his name ? Emerson?) spent 5 mins troubleshooting fast charge settings, etc with me, and now I'm already at 37%. thank you so much!!

Waited in this store for twenty+ minutes without even being acknowledged. There was one other customer. Very disappointing.

This is the second time I’ve come to the store and they’ve been closed before their closing hours with no notice on the door. I get being short staffed but communicate your honest hours. It was 3:45pm on a Sunday an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. Called Verizon customer service and they were able to share they closed early but my issue is your store hours should be posted - if you can only staff for a certain hours post that on your window. ??♀️

Don't even attempt to go here. Find a corporate store. Victra is awful. Go to Wichita Verizon on Rock Rd. According to Verizon corporate, third party stores are awful. Especially Victra! STAY AWAY!!
