Don't even attempt to go here. Find a corporate store. Victra is awful. Go to Wichita Verizon on Rock Rd. According to Verizon corporate, third party stores are awful. Especially Victra! STAY AWAY!!

I have been in this store twice, once when my husband got his new phone and then again when I needed a new phone, both times the experience was great. From going in twice with a 6month or more gap in between, I gather they may not have many employees because there was only one employee working inside the store both times. However that is not surprising since just about everywhere is short staffed right now. Both employees handled the abundance of customers waiting like champs, they were friendly, answered questions, and multitasked to the best of there ability to help get customers taken care of. Thank you for all your hard work! You guys deserve a raise!

Amazing customer service! Usually it’s always bad but this time I had Justin (pretty sure that’s his name) helping us and he did an incredible job at multitasking and helping several other people at once! He was backed up with about 12 other customers and he was still able to keep everything straight and get people in and out as fast as possible!! Awesome job man! Verizon give that man a raise!!

Dakota was excellent at making sure we were covered on all specs with the new phone and tablet! He had great customer service and communication skills!
