They post reviews of the biggest crybabies. This store isn’t always perfect, but if you don’t look for a reason to complain, you’ll probably do fine. Or maybe just shop elsewhere and stay out of my way. I’m just using the pharmacy for my first time. There was a problem with my scrips but I stood there patiently and they went out of their way to help me.

Double charged for copay and my friend who works here told me that the workers frequently tell customers they can only fill half a prescription when they have a mid month med change in order to make you pay again. They then blame insurance saying insurance won’t cover medicine but one time per month despite insurance confirming otherwise. It’s a ploy to rob customers. When called out on it, worker suggested that “maybe I was confused about when my refill was due” despite having the bottle and prescription in front of me. Really rude, poorly educated and their medication advice shouldn’t be trusted. Someone is going to die due to their lack of knowledge and lack of care for their customers. It’s all $$$.

They are getting better. @ one time this review would have been a two-star. The auto renewal has upped the stars. They need to pay better attention too insurance. I've been getting my meds from them for 15 yrs and have two forms of insurance. Each time I go to pick up my meds they try and charge me because they only bill one insurance. When I ask them if they ran my secondary insurance they always go, no we didn't sorry, then I have took stand there and wait for another 30 min too do what they should have done in there 1st place had they just did their job and read. But after 15yrs and most of the same staff you would think they would just do it as soon as I call or my name appears.Yesterday I got called in new medications to replace my old ones from my doctor @ 10am. I went to pick them up a little after 6pm and they still weren't ready and I was told they would b ready in 30 min (it takes over 8 hrs to fill one order). Wow!

This Walmart, Everyone was so nice and told me that its okay for the truck drivers to park here. No worries about being towed or booted. Thanks from all the truckers out here whos just trying to make an honest living.

It has been more often than not that they don't have my medications. This is the latest, three weeks ago my cardiologist sent in for a refill on my heart medication, I have enough medication left till Wednesday, I call & find out they just ran out even though they kept telling me they didn't have any. Now it's on back order & they may not get it in, on time. However, they've notified my doctor in case he wants to change my medication. Seriously, will be switching pharmacies

Very helpful when my daughter was in need of the simplest thing. She had found a newborn bunny. Not knowing what to do the gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to help her and supplied us with a baby medicine dropper to feed the little one. This was something he did not have to do. Yet something he chose to. That alone says something about his character and the employees who work there. And yes, the bunny survived:)

Customers were standing in line when their lunch time arrived they didn't take care of existing customers or give any warning that they'd be taking lunch break shortly they just closed the windows. Didn't say anything about going to lunch as they left the pharmacy. Even the clerks at the checkouts finish taking care of the customers that are already there.

I recently had a client that was getting a new prescription filled that was from the ER in Newton. Newton ER called it in. They had no recollection of it. So lucky I had a paper script. Then was told 30 min. Well after 45 min, called and was rudely told that it just isn't ready. And I would get a text. I said ok, well this text thing wasnt working, and she said cause it's not ready yet, in a rude inpatient way. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I was just asking about it.

Not much to say.. it's a pharmacy. The pharmaceutical techs can be really rude every once and awhile. Pricing is typically the lowest in town. Be sure to use Good Rx to lower your prescription price as much as possible!

Walmart does well with keeping prices down but many times didn't have my medications in stock
