I go because it’s the only store in town but since we moved here in may the owners are absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever met no matter how many times I’ve stopped in and been friendly. I’m glad the for sale signs are back up out front. I hope someone buys it and turns it around. Be nice to have a place I enjoy spending money at

Not bad people. Just bad customer service. This is known. That the only thing that needs to change. It doesn't matter if you're making pizza or restocking,nobody should have to wait up to ten minutes to pay for anything. Especially before work. Skip it and just fill up in Atchison or Oskaloosa and get my things. Surprised more people haven't had total freak outs on them. But they aren't bad people or hateful.

That older rude lady who I assumes owns it charged me 2 dollars to refill my own cup with ice water! I come out to pick up these towns mail everyday and will never go back. I would have stopped every day to buy lunch here if she wasn't so horrible.

The new owners of this place are so rude. They cuss like sailors, argue, don't greet their customers, and they can't even smile or say thank you. I refuse to go here anymore. I don't want to give money to people who constantly cuss and seem to have bad attitudes on a daily basis. Not just that, but they jacked up the prices when they took over. The woman will stand with her back to you doing something else for 10 minutes before she finally comes over to ring you up at the register. I've never seen her smile or be polite. Her husband is even worse. He's absolutely rude, ignores customers, and cusses about everything. I can't believe how downhill this place has gone since these people took over. Absolutely unprofessional and rude.

DO NOT STOP HERE unless you're in an emergency situation. It's a "full service" station, which is weird to begin with. But then all they do is pump your gas for you, which is annoying. Not only that but they smoke like chimneys so if you go inside for even a minute you will come out reeking of cigarette smoke. AND the guy pumped my gas once WHILE SMOKING A CIGARETTE! Their gas prices are also much higher than other places. Seriously...don't say I didn't warn you.
