“Michael at Kenney’s went above and beyond to get my Father and me back on the road home to Alton, Il. He replaced our alternator on Saturday - his day off. My dad left his gloves when he picked up the car and left his gloves. Michael brought to him at our hotel. Such a quaint town filled with lovely people.”

Great Western saved the day, had my tire in stock, was very reasonably priced, super friendly employees and so quick to get me back on the road. Venus was so nice and I didn't catch tech's name that did the work but they did a quality job. From tire going flat to leaving the shop was 2 hours, blown away by that and couldn't be more thankful!”

“I was told 2 to 2.5 hours i called after 4 hours and they told me they jad tried 2 times cell phones do make up fantasy. My call logs showed 0 calls. The guy seemed just tired. But they repairing correctly so thats something Best call them back.
