“Michael at Kenney’s went above and beyond to get my Father and me back on the road home to Alton, Il. He replaced our alternator on Saturday - his day off. My dad left his gloves when he picked up the car and left his gloves. Michael brought to him at our hotel. Such a quaint town filled with lovely people.”

“Tire blowout outside of town while on a cross country trip. Great Western saved the day, had my tire in stock, was very reasonably priced, super friendly employees and so quick to get me back on the road. Venus was so nice and I didn't catch tech's name that did the work but they did a quality job. From tire going flat to leaving the shop was 2 hours, blown away by that and couldn't be more thankful!”

“This is among the nicest TA's that I have had the opportunity to visit. It has a Subway and an ihop. It has very nice showers on the second floor. The store itself is not massive what is accommodating. Did decor inside the building is very welcoming to a person with a country lifestyle. The employees are nice and the community seems welcoming. Thank you for giving me a great experience after a Long Day's work! Also, there is a Blue beacon on-site.”

“My hats off to Chase, I was under a load and he was super busy nobody else would work on my truck for a couple undisclosed reasons. I have after market parts on my truck so after I had a friend come get me and we made a quick 14 hour round trip to get parts I messaged Chases that I was back and I was going to take a nap. Chase showed up within an hour and was working on the truck and pretty much was done and I was ready to roll. He was extremely reasonable on the price. Very impressed would recommend 10 out of 10!”
