About The Landmark Inn
The Landmark Inn is a fun place to stay, offering an experience that is part of the fun of the trip. Housed in a former bank built in the 1880s, it transports guests back to the turn of the century with wonderful historical charm. The rooms are wonderfully appointed with authentic antiques and decor, featuring a charming "frontier Victorian" luxury that feels elegant. High ceilings provide a sense of spaciousness, and the beds are very comfortable without lacking modern amenities. The service is terrific and impeccably friendly. The owner is an exceptional, outstanding, and helpful host, with a fantastic, friendly, and caring staff. The amazing breakfast is incredible and elegant, served in the beautifully decorated Teller Room Restaurant, the hotel's restaurant housed in the former bank lobby. It includes items like eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, homemade scones, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and wonderful coffee. Located right in downtown Oberlin, it is very walkable to Main Street's small town charm and nearby activities like a simple restaurant and thrift store shopping. The atmosphere is outstanding, and there is a great little gift shop. Families, including those with children, absolutely love their stay. It is a beautiful and quirky bank-turned-B&B that feels safe and is a wonderful place whether passing through or staying a while to experience the historic plains.

Fun place to stay with terrific service and an amazing breakfast. Way better than paying the same amount of money for a Comfort Inn.

If you don't care for historical charm or stuff of that nature... stay here anyway. It'll still be less boring than whatever other hotels that're in town...
