“I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this post office☺. It’s a very small location with only a couple of employees, and I know that working in a busy post office can be stressful😬. Despite that, I’ve always been treated with kindness and have found the staff to be helpful and professional. I had an issue today that needed to be resolved, and it was handled quickly, professionally, and with understanding. Honestly, it took less time for her to resolve the issue than it took for me to explain it! 😂 Having been military and having dealt with many different post offices over the years😰, I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness I’ve consistently received at this location. I’m grateful for the service they provide and wanted to take a moment to recognize the good experience I’ve had here. Thank you💜!”

“These people work very hard. Many of them are veterans. So give them a break. Would it be nice if they answered the phone? Of course. Was I pleased that my Christmas package went all the way around the world and came back to me because the guy at the counter didn't check my customs form? Not really. But there are a million little things they have to deal with every day. Try to work with them, not against them. Yes, mail service in Kansas is not great overall, but the JC post office is the best around.”

“This definitely raises the bar in comparison to other offices of USPS. Employees are so nice and friendly. They provide extra help even when not asked for. I needed to ship the flag today to another state. The gentleman helped me a lot with packing and labeling, choosing the right package instead of extra envelope that I initially planned. “It does not matter what time of day I go I feel like there is always a line. They’re always in. Seems to only have two people working. However, the two people that are working you tend to be fairly friendly, which is why I’m giving it a four instead of three.”
