The lady at this office is rude as hell and mean. These people have sent all of my packages back to carriers and I’ve lost so much money due to the fact that they say they have been successfully delivered and I have no way to prove other wise ,even though they know my address and which P.O. Box it belongs to. In the past they would hold my packages and leave a note to pick it up from them. There is no reason why people with that kind of attitude should work in place that deals with customer service .Also in the first picture it says it was delivered and available in PO Box . I asked for proof she sent them back because when something is rejected or not successfully delivered and completed it’ll say so on tracking. However there was nothing indicating that. I still had a few packages left coming in and what a coincidence those do say the proper steps that it was not dropped off and was undeliverable after I had that conversation. Now I believe she’s keeping my packages still could not provide any proof they were sent back or anything for the first 12 items ! Very sketchy and unprofessional.

Only putting one star because of the older gentleman that works here. The other blonde lady is so rude and unprofessional, I don’t understand how she still has a job here. The older guy is always correcting her and telling her the way she does things is wrong. She just wants to make it hard for anyone that gets a P.O. Box here so she doesn’t actually have to do her job! I understand this town only runs on P.O. Box mail but come on!!! Put someone that’s actually competent to work here and not her!!

Constantly closed with no warning for floor waxing. Would love to be able to pick up my packages after work but seems to always be closed. Also have issues with mail being sent back for no reason.

I had my W2 sent because we never got it originally, and even this time we still haven't received it. I'd like an investigation into why in order to ensure important documents actually get delivered

Staff was rude as hell, I went in at 8:02am today, they open at 8 but I didn’t get in until 8:11am to pick up my breast pump that was supposed to be dropped off at my house but unfortunately was dropped off at the post office . I threw away the yellow slip they put in my box not thinking twice about and the blonde lady was very rude about it, too rude to be opening late while talking bad about others in the back with your co-worker . I wouldn’t have been upset about them not opening on time if they weren’t so rude .

The workers have been nothing but rude ever since opening our PO Box here and they will hold back any package you get so you have to somehow go in during working hours to pick them up, and will immediately return anything that doesn’t have the ‘EXACT’ PO Box address written on the package. You’ll get orange stickers with rude handwritten notes from them. The main post office woman is always very disrespectful and treats me really bad even when I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong.

I just moved here and have found the gentleman that’s always in here a delight! He’s always very kind and super helpful. I choose this PO over all the others in the area which are severely lacking. Including the one on base.

Lazy, incompetent and rude. Better off using a legitimate mail carrier. One that ensures your package will be delivered and not sent to different zip codes that doesn’t match what is on the package!

Every interaction I’ve had that have involved “customer service” has been seriously questionable. From the shoving of mail and packages in my p.o. box, to just sending mail out. If you are not personally known by staff, they are typically rude and impatient. Especially Ken.

P.O. Box combination doesn’t work. They didn’t want to fix it so when I would go up or call they would catch an attitude with me. Ken was rude to my wife so it seems they have a problem doing their job.
