As a bill issue arises regarding payment, phone being suspended, 2 payments was received from my bank, account showed no payments, bank statements was provided, actual amount received 871.58 and the AT&T account did not show, but my bank statements provided important information, and I had to pay 1,258 dollars when my account shows the payments made should have never put me with a suspended account nor should my wireless account get turned off with added extra charges that wasn't my fault.

This company is overpriced and has the worst customer service available online and in store. They are a rip off that always conveniently makes a mistake on your bill.

The rep did not willingly provide information without being asked specifically. I had to constantly ask all questions to receive any type of information, i.e., monthly payments, where my new phone is being shipped to, how long it will take to ship, if other nearby stores have the phone in sock, and if i needed to pay anything at the time. Which the rep seemed stand-off-ish from the beginning of our interaction.
Mainly: the new phone I ordered is not the color I specified. I requested Titanium Black, and the order lists Titanium Violet. This is largely why I'm leaving this extremely poor and unsatisfactory review.

Jacob and his Manager Josh went above and beyond in their assistance to me. I came in with problems on my account and bill and they spent all afternoon fixing it for me and really made me feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you!

Daniel was SO helpful! I usually dread the process of getting a new phone but it was so smooth. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. He was genuine and helped get me the promotions that were available. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you!
