Used part in new kit. Take everything out and look it over EXTREMELY carefully. The used item was a timing belt that when it would have failed before 100,000 miles would destroy the engine despite best scheduled maintenance.

Car battery died today with a laundry list of items and appointments, a busy weekend ahead not to mention the cold front moving in. I called them after a jump start and asked how long to get a new battery. He gave me pricing and estimated time from start to finish in just a few minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later, he recognized my info had me checked out in 5 minutes and had the battery replaced in another 20 or so. Color me impressed. The service team who jumped my vehicle this morning hands down recommended AutoZone and I can see why. Very grateful to them for getting me back on the road so quickly today.

I'll do my best to keep this clean, but Zach and Chad are absolute studs! My car got stuck at the bottom entrance and not only did they helped dig and PULL ME OUT, but also helped charge my battery. I cannot extend my thanks anymore, both of these guys deserve a raise and or bonus🙏🙏

I went to the store to return back some tools I already rented and get my money back, there was somebody there very rude not need to talk at all, didn't talk or looking to me at all, his name tag is Chad, I was feeling like he is gonna refund my money from his pocket. Never gonna go back to this stor cause of this guy.

My car needed a new battery. Contacted Auto Zone, purchased the battery, but couldn’t get there to have it installed. Edwin brought the battery to where I was installed it and waited to make sure it started. He went above and beyond and I will definitely used Auto Zone for future purchases.

I was at the skate park the other day when my truck broke down on me but thankfully one of your employees Ezreal was there and they helped jump my truck & was very friendly. Definitely coming to this location for any auto parts needs in the future!
