This bank is so unfriendly, and all of the workers have poor attitudes. They have literally always been this way and I'm surprised people actually still want to bank with them. It's time for me to find a new bank because I'm tired of dealing with unfriendly employees and they don't even want to try to work with you. If a BOA on 95th tells me they can do something then the one on 119th should do the same thing. Y'all are so ridiculous.

Second stop to a second location in two days, all the "1" reviews are true for both locations. Will never open any accounts here. Too bad my employer banks here, makes getting my pay out of the paycheck a little harder to do. Get any account any where else.

I have had quite a few bad experiences here. They never seem to have the people I need to talk to on staff. They are very SLOW. Slow to react , slow to talk, slow to answer. When you do get an answer it is incomplete. Some of the tellers clearly don't want to work. Customer service is the lowest priority. Don't come here.

Worst experience at a BOA location. I've been a BOA customer for over 15+ years and this was my first time coming to this location. The minute I walked I felt an instant not-a-good vibe from the employees. I have a small business account with them and I have never been treated unfairly. The manager was the worst. Who hire this manager? No people skills at all. They were rude for no reason. Maybe because it was close to closing time? Do not waste time coming here because they will ruin your day.

This BOA location is the slowest branch ever and is always understaffed. While the branch is huge, it has to be to hold the lines for the one teller that is there to assist. While there are 3 tellers. Behind the counter there is always only one available to assist as others are never available

Seems like 8 out of 10 times that I come to this bank, one of their ATM is always broken. It just seems to be the same back one too which the guy fixing it blocks the way. I didn't know if I could park along the side or slide through this gap they have to get to the other machine so I just left. I just wish they could do something else about that one ATM since fixing it isn't working. Another thing: I don't really like those connecting ATM's because you're stuck if the person in front of you isn't done. Fortunately, at this location they have that little gap you can get in & out if I guess. I haven't tried it myself yet. Some banks aren't like this though.
