This is a great branch of Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. The staff are so helpful, kind, and informative. I like that this branch is located in a clean and safe area. I really appreciate Clark Hoff and Stephanie. They were both very helpful, on multiple occasions, always looking out for my best interest. I am so very grateful. Solid 5 stars.

Was told by another location that this one could help me with foreign currency trade in and trade out. While driving there for 30 minutes, I tried to get through their phone line. It just kept ringing then saying all tellers were busy, I tried in excess of 15 times to get through. I arrived at the store and there wasn't a single customer in sight. The teller tried to say that I probably called customer service on accident, but I called the store line and had chosen the option that said "speak to a rep at this physical branch" each time. And to top it off, they said there was in fact no way to trade out currency in store and that I had to do it through the app. Which would've been great to know had they answered their phone at any point during my 30 minute drive in.

Went there and ask if I could get a print out of the nada book value of a vehicle the girl at look at me like a deer in the headlights. did not know what I was talking about.then I told her Kelly blue book and she replied we do not do that.i guess that location does not do vehicle loan.if they did the would know and use it all the time.very sad personal there are out of the loop on all that stuff that pertains to finances

Rude tellers who get short with you and hand back your checks rather then looking for options to cash them or accommodate you in any way, then the manager will also come and tell you your in the wrong then explain why their employees are aloud to disrespect you almost 3 or 4 times now I've had a very very poor experience here looking for a new bank

I just started banking here last month and I can’t stand it. I went to deposit my check and after it was put through I find out I can’t access the money until tomorrow and there is nothing that can be done. This place is a joke I’m coming to get my money tomorrow and closing my account.

Me and my sister went to the branch a 119th st Olathe ksAnd we were received at the door for a lady name Grace, the worst experience I've had in my life, rude, we had our appointment at 3 and we arrived at 2:34 he raised his voice and told us why we arrived 1 hour earlier, I told him it's less than 30 minutes, with He treated us with inappropriate attitude, he didn't let me check my sister's phone for a code, a long story and a lot to say. but I really don't recommend this location until that person is removed

This bank is so unfriendly, and all of the workers have poor attitudes. They have literally always been this way and I'm surprised people actually still want to bank with them. It's time for me to find a new bank because I'm tired of dealing with unfriendly employees and they don't even want to try to work with you. If a BOA on 95th tells me they can do something then the one on 119th should do the same thing. Y'all are so ridiculous.

I was disappointed today when I had to go inside this branch (no drive thru windows for BOA). While one teller had on a mask properly, the other teller had her mask pulled down below her nose ~ unsafe! But worst, there was a man, who I assume was a manager, walking around talking to employees, and he wasn’t wearing a mask at all! If BOA cannot provide drive thru service, they should at the very least take measures to provide a safe environment for customers that must come inside their bank branches. Looking at their “bottom of the barrel”reviews, you’d think BOA would at the very least patrol their employees and protect the health of their clientele. Maybe your ratings would improve if you show you appreciate the people who trust you with their money.

BofA has wonderful online banking... but my experience with anything outside of that has been horrible. Worst customer service. I opened a HELOC and when refinancing, needed them to subordinate... when issues arose (in which Capitol Federal staff said they had never experienced such difficulties away from BofA) I would wait 45 minutes on the phone, and never reach anyone- and even traveled into the office to get help, and their own staff couldn't get ahold of their subordination department. Steer clear of any loan services here... you will get much better service elsewhere where they are not handling the volume that BofA has. When their own workers can't get ahold of another department, on a staff line mind you, then there is obviously a problem. Also- I was billed $250 for "subordination services" that didn't happen.. because no one would help... so I went in and asked for them to cover this fee. The in person staff said that yes, they would do this, but when I got a call from the subordination department (FINALLY!) the answer was a stiff "all fees are nonrefundable". So here I lost $250 for subordination fees when no subordination was completed, plus $450 for early termination fees when I decided I needed to finally close it out so I could get on with my refinance. I would push for them to refund, but with having had to go in to the office 3 separate times just to get a phone call back from the subordination department saying they wouldn't do it- I wonder how many more trips I'd have to make to get my money back.Overall- if you want more personalized care and for a person to actually answer the phone- choose Capitol Federal or another smaller bank. Capitol Federal staff have been emailing and calling ME for my services- vs me having to wait on the phone for an hour and make trips into the branch for NO HELP at Bank of America.

Second stop to a second location in two days, all the "1" reviews are true for both locations. Will never open any accounts here. Too bad my employer banks here, makes getting my pay out of the paycheck a little harder to do. Get any account any where else.
