Came in 20 mins before closing and went upstairs to ask something about the firearms and some white haired dude rude as hell starts saying we are closed, did you not hear the announcement made.. Meanwhile there was still 5 minutes left. Bass Pro you need to do better with the customer service.

It's a really nice bass pro... BUT, pressure to consider time share and although generally kind people are trying to sell you on that and a bass pro card, it's frustrating to have to listen for any length of time. We felt kindly harassed and walked out with a credit card we probably would never use, but it sounded so great. It wasn't, but that was only discovered after approval. Ya, that's on us, but we also didn't come to the store to have to do problem solving and trouble shooting like we do at work all week. Let people shop in peace bass pro

The store is great. Variety of products is good. It is just the aggressiveness of the employees. The boat section has salespeople that give the sleaziest used car dealership. Other employees pushing credit cards. Finally the cashier was slow and kinda rude.

Things have sure changed. I went to Independence Missouri Bass pro Friday evening was wanting a 22 rifle was there a hour and forty-five minutes keep saying they where going to be right with me. Never where. Then Monday I talked the wife in to stopping in Olathe on the way home tried to talk to the employee about showing me some 22 rifles a 10/22 or possibly a Bergara BMR-X. Wouldn't really talk to me little lone show me anything. Sure is sad to see this but if in the market for ?
I'd go to your local dealer. Wife is talk about a new poontoon or tritoon won't be going to bass pro for this purchase either.

The Christmas set up is amazing!! Santa's have always been wonderful!
Bass pro itself is wonderful as well!!
Update: 4 years now and the experience is always amazing. We love it and appreciate the quality of Santa's workshop. The kids spend time playing the games and writing the christmas list to santa, so he doesn't forget 😉

Great place customer service is awesome. I went in looking at a gun I plan on getting with my taxes and I had a worker pull the gun out of the case so I could get a better look at it without me asking I loved this place. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating I would also highly recommend this bass pro shop to anyone and everyone who shops bass pro
