Great place! Drake was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us determine the correct kind of battery that we needed, the pros and cons of different models, and recommended care and maintenance. We will definitely come back to this location if we need another battery!

Store had what I wanted when I wanted it. The business associate was terrific. He was knowledgeable. I had my stuff ready when I got to the store. I ordered online very positive. I’ll go there again and again and again.

$16 for a car remote battery. The battery is way overpriced. Come to find out the 2 pack is listed for $9.99 on their website. Charged me $16 for 1 battery.

Super friendly staff! I was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed. They had the riding mower battery in stock, which saved me a lot of time. Great service and very helpful team—highly recommend!

The two gentlemen working on June 25 replaced my batteries on 2 watches in under 5 minutes from welcome to job complete. very fast!!!

Staff was friendly. However, their warranty policy is horrible. They would not warranty my battery that was less than a year old. According to them, the battery was damaged due to lack of use and discharge. Oddly enough, after they changed the battery overnight it began holding a charge with reduced CCA. However, the told me the warranty is still voided.

John and his team were great. John answered all of my questions on my first call, but I called back a second time for assistance with the online ordering process and he guided me through that as well. To top things off, I arrived a few minutes early and John and his associate jumped right on my service call and got me back on the road by the actual start time of my appointment.

Not only do I want to thank Cole for repairing my wife's watch, which is why I went there, but also going above and beyond to troubleshoot and give me advice on my key fob that has been giving me issues for a while now. Terrible experience. My insurance company recommended this location. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the customer services agent was very helpful. Dropped off my phone that was working fine. The gentleman that checked me in confirmed the phone was working, all features working. Simply needed new screen due to small crack. When I arrived back at the shop they told me their product had a defect and they were unable to install the screen. They put my screen back on the phone. The phone did not work. They said it was possible they broke the screen more when it was removed. I could take my phone to another repair shop or wait a week for them to order the part. Not confident in their services anymore and being from out of town, I chose to go somewhere else. Took my phone to a highly recommended shop in Manhattan Ks. Extremely helpful and polite. When the tech attempted to put a new screen on my phone it did not work. He ran diagnostics and attempted to correct the problem. He was unable to fix the phone. The techs at Battery Plus broke my phone. It's almost new just purchased 2 months ago, has latest IOS, and was working great until I took it to their shop. Terrible experience over all. Do not recommend.

Went in with an issue on my phone.The employees working took a look and said it was such a minor fix not to worry about it they got me taken care of. While one of them was working on my phone for a quick minute the other cracked jokes with me. It was a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend them if you need anything phone repair or battery + related give them a chance you won’t be disappointed, I guarantee
