I own several cars and have most of them serviced by Big O Tires.
I go to the 119th and Blackbob Branch in Olathe.
Mark is the store manager. He is very professional, courteous, honest and helpful. The store is very clean as well as the washroom I've always been satisfied.

CRAPTASTIC! They only want to sell a full set of tires! I went in late afternoon because I had a tire puncture and needed a temporary repair in order to make it to a school event for my kid. I explained the situation to some pierced up, purple headed young woman who after 45 minutes, told me that the tire was unrepairable. Unbeknownst to her, hubby worked for a car dealership for 30 years, sent me to BigO, as this franchise used to be reputable and he'd done business with them in the past. When I told her that her diagnosis was BS, she threw me out of the store. Discount Tire is right down the street on Strang Line. Go there.

Fixed a slow leak in one tire while I waited in the very comfortable waiting area where I made a cup of coffee. I did not get to enjoy the waiting area very long. Tire was fixed and I was on my way.

I was having trouble mounting my lawn tractor tire and couldn't find anyone else on a Saturday to get it done. I already had the new tire on the rim but couldn't get the bead to seat. Not only did they finish mounting my tire they didn't charge me a dime! I will be back!

Edit: Appears the experience you have depends on whom is working. I had a front tire leak. They determined it was a cracked rim, but in the process, they destroyed my TPMS. On the phone, they agreed to sell me a TPMS that I would hand carry to the rim welding shop. When I arrived, I was told they don't do over the counter sales.
Previously: Great experience. I have a high-performance car that finding all season tires is difficult. Mark did a great job finding tires that were perfect and in stock at the warehouse. The crew was very careful with my low car (using a jack, not the lift) and with my wheels (they were unscathed).

My husband purchased a set of tires from this Big O Tires location last year. If you purchase your tires there, they offer free rotation and tire repair. We have had the tires rotated (only at this location), and also had one tire repaired - also only at this location. Scheduled a rotation appointment this last week at 7am. Dropped the truck off at 7, and received a phone call at 10:30am asking why there were two wheel studs that were locked on and they were unable to remove. My husband explained to them, they were the only ones to worked on these tires, so the last person must have put them on too tight. After this phone call, we do not hear anything - so we head to the shop around 12:30PM to see if the truck is ready. One person explains they have to get the lug nuts from a local auto parts, another person then says, no it has to come from our warehouse and they were waiting on the delivery driver to come. Mind you, they have had this truck since 7am. We leave and return an hour later - only to find out the delivery driver still hasn't made it. However, we we assured he was on his way....and that it would only take a few minutes to complete and we could be on our way. At 2:30PM the parts arrive, and completed very quickly. Now, we are told that we will have to pay for this ! What? My husband says you put these on - why am I having to pay for these ? The person working the counter would not answer, and would not look up - only said you have to pay this. They charged us $187 for two lug nuts and a ten minute job....and they were too much of a coward to even discuss it.
To say that we will not be back, is an understatement. This was so poorly handled, that I wanted everyone to know just what kind of shop they are running. Buyer Beware !

Went here for the first time today, staff was very kind and professional. They really went the extra mile to help me with my car. I've never had such a good experience at a shop before. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Super helpful in getting a tire replaced for my daughter's car. No pressure on upsells. Suggested great priced tire. Could have had tire ready to go in 20 mins, but I didn't need it until the afternoon. Staff took flat tire out of my trunk for me and put it back in for me so I didn't have to get dirty.

Scott was great. I got there at the end of the day traveling through Kansas and they took care of putting all four new tires on and put my mind at ease. would highly recommend
