I had the best possible experience with Big O Tires staff & service. I went in for a tire repair, but they found a nail in the center tread and another nail in the sidewall. So they gave me the best deal on replacement tires by far...$200-$350 lower than quotes I've gotten elsewhere. I got an affordable payment plan and I was out the door with 4 new tires in an hour & a half. This staff is kind, trustworthy, and amazingly helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome people. Felt comfortable leaving my truck withthem and had a great conversation with one of the technicians about his friend having a similar truck. Jacob and the team are great.

They guy were great, I know nothing about tires but they made this a seamless process for me ?. I left with two brand new tires and a balancing and alignment, took about an hour and a half but they were swamped, they made me feel that I was their top priority thank you guys I'll be back

Damaged my rims and won’t repair. I told Ryan, old manager I was picky and please be careful. My rims didn’t fit or something on their new machine and they used the old machine. It scratched the paint on all 4 rims to metal. Ryan said he had a wheel guy that owed him and would fix. I brought truck back and his guy painted them. I should have looked much closer to the quality of repair, that’s on me. Paint is now peeling off of rims. Went back to store and Ryan is out on disability per Mark Neath, new manager. He said he would check and let me know. Nothing back. Went back a couple of months later and Mark informed me they are not fixing or taking care of anything from the old management. It’s costing me $800 and quite a bit of hassle to get these fixed right. Not worth fighting with them. The moral of this review, if you are a picky buyer with your vehicle like me, I would not use them. The pics below show damage and then paint peeling. I gave them 2 stars because they originally tried to fix the mistake.

Highly recommend Big-O Tire in Olathe for tires. Oil changes and whatever else you need. They do a great job. Always extra helpful and helped to warranty 2 of my tires over weekend and had my car back on the road in no time.
