My pastor recommended Christian Brothers Automotive after bringing my car to 4 different mechanics including the Kia dealership who was unwilling to diagnose beyond checking for a code (which did not show up, along with no check engine light). After weeks of no solution, hopping from one mechanic to another, and signs that my car was performing worse, I was pretty discouraged. However, from the very first phone conversation with Christian Brothers I was met with exceptional customer service, a friendly demeanor and an inquisitive interaction that made me feel as though this place actually cared about helping to find a solution to my problem. I walked in and witnessed a guest finishing up her transaction and I could tell that she was so pleased with their services. From that point on, I was convinced that I was at the right place. Both reps at the desk were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere while I explained my car issues. The diagnostic that I received via text was so incredibly detailed and was organized by priority of repair. Not once did I feel like I was being sold something that I didn’t need. Most importantly, they found the issue! My car was finished days earlier than expected (parts had to be ordered but they arrived quickly) and so that was a pleasant surprise. Once repairs were completed and I turned the corner to drive away, I felt like I had a brand new car. I went from feeling like I was driving through sludge to flying (safely) down the street, light as a feather! And my gas mileage is back to normal. My relief and joy was palpable! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Matter of fact, a friend of mine will be dropping her car off there in the coming days. Sure there may be options out there, but do yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble and come here first. You won’t regret it. Thanks Christian Brothers Automotive! - Loyal customer :)

I have been using CBA for a couple of years now. I appreciate everyone's honesty and genuine kindness. Auto shops can be daunting but not CBA. I feel like my questions /concerns are addressed in a timely manner. In addition, I don't mind waiting on my car when I get my oil changed. Their waiting area is nice and comfy. I would recommend using them.

I was recommended to take my car to Christian Brothers by Discount Tires. Went in, and simply had a rattle on my front passenger side. Didn’t sound good, but I still drove the car over. Remember this part, I drove the care from 119th/Metcalf to 135th/Pflumm, no transmissions issues.They called me back and said it needed a new bushing. $800. Ouch, but sure, go for it. Got another call, the front axle was shot. Woah! $1200 more!!!Got another call. “Have you noticed the front/passenger side rattles?!” WHAT?! Asked if they even drove it before fixing it. NOPE!!HOW DO YOU WORK ON A CAR WITHOUT TESTING IT?!!Told them to leave my car alone!! Got a call 2 days later “We feel bad…please come pick up the car…no invoice”. Went to pick it up. TRANSMISSION WAS ALL MESSED UP!!!! TRANSMISSION WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF!!!I am currently getting the car inspected and investigated. So help me God we find something purposefully done to the car.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CHRISTIAN BROTHERS!! I’m a marketer, so you can try to nullify this comment by commenting back (because that’s how GMB works), but I took the car in with what I thought was a minor problem, and left with a shot transmission. What a coincidence.Can’t say they did anything because we haven’t discovered anything yet, but sure looks guilty to write off $2k+ and just have me pick up the car.

Scott, Brian & Brandon did a great job of being honest, timely, and fair. Their pricing beat other shops, and the one time it didn’t, they gave me a discount to be more competitive in the pricing. They didn’t push work that didn’t need done, and did a thorough job of explaining their findings and solutions. I will absolutely continue to use them as a shop for my vehicle.

I have always seen the great reviews and my brother used them when he was in the area. I took my car in and told them my concern. They were so very nice and kept my car and tested it out and nothing was wrong with it. NOTHING...They explained about my make and model and I felt so much better. They found my concern was not a problem with the car. Their honesty and integrity go along way these days. They are my "go to" from here on out.

I’ve been here for a few oil changes now and it’s definitely my new favorite place to get service. I’ll be checking with them first on any future work, big and small.Every trip to the dealership results in them finding some surprise maintenance issue that needs fixed for $500 but they can’t back it up when you press them. Not once has CBA tried to push me on any other purchases, and it’s great knowing that even when they do find something, they let you know and then send you on your way to make the choice outside of sales pressure later.The lobby has always been clean and the front office staff go well out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have what you need, even if you’re just hanging out for a short time for regular maintenance. I spotted some toys for the kids in there last time.And lastly, probably the biggest surprise to me - the price actually went DOWN last time. While everyone (including CBA for previous oil changes) was raising prices rapidly as costs increased, these guys actually went back down as soon as they good. I guarantee you the other places lowered their costs but didn’t lower the price with it.

I really like the customer service. It's rare to have great mechanics that actually talk to you like a person. These guys are always friendly, courteous, and tell you what's going on with your car right away instead of making you call over and over again and feeling like an idiot when there's nothing to report.

Top notch customer service. I had an issue with my truck today and needed some help. I called them this morning and they said bring it by around 3 and took care of it for me. I offered to pay labor and they declined. I will recommend anyone I know needing automotive work to this location. Thank you!

I took my car in for sunroof work, as it came off its track. I appreciate that they were honest enough to tell me they were not comfortable working on it and recommended I take it to the dealer.
