Well I walked in thinking it was a different store, Adrian was the most helpful and respectful person I’ve met all week- I thank her so much for all her help and accommodating for my special needs!! Thank you girl- you made my week so much better!!

This store is horrible the girl acted like she didn't even want to help me add a line to my account she kept telling me that my phone needed a virtual SIM card and that I needed to call customer service I called customer service customer service told me I needed an actual SIM card. It was like she didn't want to do her job. This isn't the first time it's happened this place is horrible with customer service in person unless you're Hispanic if you're Hispanic they will walk around the store show you all the products hook you up basically. But if you don't appease to their appeal they want nothing to do with you this place is trash

Mayra was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff when they were able to help me out; and even stayed a bit late to help me out for some technicalities; they gave it all they had to make sure they got me taken care of.Would definitely recommend. :)

I just switched over from metro pcs to cricket. I went into this location and the young lady that helped me was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything to me, what deal I was getting, and about my phone. She helped me set up everything on my phone and was extremely patient with me and all my millions of questions. They did not have the tempered glass for my new phone at this location so she called a different store and I was able to swing by there and pick it up with out any issue, and the young man at that location even put the tempered glass on my phone for me. He was also absolutely amazing. At both locations the customer service was outstanding. I had zero issues what so ever. I am so happy I made the switch. My roommate has cricket and suggested I switch, she has only had one issue the whole time she's been with cricket. Happy I finally did it. Thank you to both Olathe locations for all your help!!!

This is by far the worst cell phone store in Olathe! If i could give negative stars i would. Save yourselves the headache, unprofessionalism, and stress. You WILL be treated like trash here...don't do it! They do not abide by Crickets customer service...

This is my second time dealing with this store. The employee, obviously had a friend sitting in there with her, asked me what I needed. I told her I wanted buy a SIM card. She asked me the reason and told me that Cricket doesn't sell SIM cards. I would have to have the phone with me in order for her to do it, I just can't buy a SIM card. Knowing this was not true, I asked her if I could buy one online and do it all myself. She didn't answer directly, but told me there were steps I was going to have to take before they would send it to me. She tried to make it sound super complicated on purpose. (Side note: I've done this before, and you simply put in the IMEI number and pay $10 and they send it to you. I just didn't want to wait.) I left the store and went straight to Target and bought a Cricket SIM card. They sell them OUTRIGHT at Walmart and Target, without question. Just scan it. And you can buy it. Like I said, this was my second time in there. The first time, they tried to tell me that they didn't have a payment plan for phones, yet offered me a "leasing" plan, it would have been more than double the amount of the phone. I asked if they offered any kind of payment plans online, and she said they did not. The next day I went online and bought a phone using their payment options. Not sure why this store seems to not so transparent, but I've not had any issues with other Cricket stores before.
