I went today to the store to get a phone trying to get a decent one. I went to the Daniel and told him I needed a phone just the phone. Daniel told me it was 210 dollars for a 110.00 phone. He added to my bill a screen protector and a case which I didn't need. He than told me that he can't sell me a phone without them. Which I totally refuse because I only needed the phone. Than he told me he can't sell me a phone if he don't sell me all this extra staff to make extra money on sale. I walk out of there fast and went to a different company because I am not going to buy staff that I don't need at that moment. He was very rude and wouldn't sell me the phone. Really bad costumer service by Daniel. Will never go back to cricket

As usual they will try to get one over on you. But the girl as very helpful and new what she was doing unlike other cricket stores I've visited.

Got my guy to spend over a hundred more bucks than he wanted on stuff he didn't need nor want. Pushy. Not very personable or smiley. I'd rather drive further for better customer interaction.

Salesperson very competent and friendly. Took care of our 5 lines; all of which needed changes. I will recommend. No more dropped lines.

Make sure if you spend your hard earned money on a nice phone to prob not go here lol I have been told that the screen protectors for my phone would be here the next day for like a week now. I paid for a phone case for the screen protector and the guy on the phone basically tells me to eff off and buy one on amazon lol the customer service sucks at this store.

I purchased a phone then it was discovered I was going to loose all apps and data. The employee tried valiantly to no avail. Not her fault. But my experience wasn't a happy one.
