Sabrina with Just Storage was so kind and helpful today. My card expired so the auto payment didn't go through. They were kind enough to wave the late fee when I called them today. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding. The units have always been well taken care of and clean. I've never had an issue with accessing my things and I always feel confident in the way they take care of things.

I was assured that I would be OK. Repacking my car on the property and then getting a storage. However, someone call the police and I was asked to leave before. I could even rent my storage. I think I dodged a bullet because it's infested with rats. My dogs would catch them all the time. Avoid this place because they lie. And try to take advantage of people in need.

First off the staff have been great help and fantastic service. I have been renting from this location since (Cubesmart) 1st open up. Prices have been really good when I needed to store personal belongings and help with expanding my online business. But recently the 24 hours access being changed to store hours makes it harder to access my items when I need them. But during the access hours I am working 2 jobs and have to use my lunch break to get things I need. I hate to move but the staff, location, price has what kept me from looking elsewhere. Other than that it's been a great facility for the last several years.

New owners (3rd in 4-5 years I believe, we'll see how long these guys last) just decided that you can't access any of your property after 6pm during the week. This is definitely the most absurd business model I've ever seen for a storage facility - storage you can't access! Never mind the fact the parking lot looks like a junkyard. They never bothered to communicate this in any way whatsoever. The only information is taped to the office door, which no one who rents a space from them will ever visit - these should at a minimum be posted on the doors used to actually access the facility. Contacting customer service, will update if fixed.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from the Olathe, KS location. I rent two units and they have changed the access hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. I am at work at that time and this is completely unacceptable! I also chose my two units so that they would have the solar lighting. One unit’s light has never worked, and when I call to discuss it, they hang up on me. The front security gate is broken and the side one is unaccessible. When the property manager finally calls he is rude and says “I’m not telling you why the hours changed!” Wow!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Just Storage just recently bought this place out. I'm not sure how recent as I only received a notice in the mail on Monday 3/4/24. I wasn't given but a few days notice that there was a new owner and to change my payment information over before i was charged a late fee. I called several times and left voicemails and it took them quite a few days to return my call. When the call came in the first thing he guy said was "you calling about storage?" No hi, hello, no introduction. I asked who this was and he responded "Just Storage". I don't know his name but his phone comes up as Marsha Adams. Marsha must have a cold because the voice was that of a dude... I wanted to ask if they would consider removing the late fee as a gesture of good will since I've never missed a bill there and I only had a few days notice that the place was bought out and changed ownership. (No emails from the until 3/4/23 they called me back on 3/6/23) and the guy didn't even let me finish my sentence before he interrupted me and said "no, no, no... we do what we want here." and then he laughed this ridiculous laugh... Would highly recommend NEVER using this facility ever. It used to be a safe place owned by a good company but not anymore. Now its owned by some moron who can't even speak a complete sentence, has zero people skills and laughs when he is rude to someone. Not Impressed. Coming as soon as I can to get my stuff out and never doing business with them again.

Good Facility - Sketchy People Hanging Around.Moved in over Saturday and Sunday. Both days there were a handful of what appeared to be homeless people hanging around and using one of the units as their home base. One of them was actually sleeping on a cart in the hallway. I would never let my wife come here alone. CARTS: There are very few carts which prevented me from being able to finish moving in. :/ According to the manager, this is because people either steal them or park them inside their units. Also, you need a wrench to remove the handle if you need to load anything large, like a sofa, table, or headboard. DOORS: Double doors that do not prop open and both must be open to get a cart through. So you either need 3 people or you need to bring your own door stops. ELEVATOR: only one and it is not made for freight. It has narrow doors and is configured sideways. I had to unload half of my furniture of of the cart to get it in, then re-load it again on the 2nd floor.
