Used to be the best cvs in town until they got a new store manager, Sarah. I don't think she was trained one bit! Nothing is ever stocked anymore and employees look miserable! I couldn't see her being management let alone store manager!! Big step down from the previous Store manager....... Sad.

I have been getting my prescriptions for the last 14 years at this pharmacy. In recent months the we have issues with our prescriptions not being filled in adequate time or at all because your have run out. The last straw was when you recently ran out for a generic of acutane that I have filled there before and was told you would have it in two days and my prescription would be filled and that you would give me a call. I received no call and you didn't get it in and filled it with another generic that cost double the amount. Also the pharmacy tech (Megan) was rude and disrespectful and pretty much said if I don't like I can go somewhere else. We will no longer have CVS as our pharmacy and would not recommend anyone to go there as well.

This pharmacy never ever has the prescription ready when scheduled ahead of time or when I'm texted they're ready. The techs are downright rude and I have found only one pharmacist who will make time for customers but that's hit and miss depending on the day. The drive thru is a nightmare and I've given up on it!! Regular staff members are very courteous but trying to find one is never easy. Right now they are close but once again I will be transferring my scripts because the frustration and anxiety is so not worth it!!!

The pharmacy is quick and efficient here. I like the staff that works here. They are so helpful and friendly! Sometimes the wait can get a little long at the drive through, but I've learned to just go into CVS and it's so much quicker when drive through is long.

This is the worst pharmacy my family has ever been to. Do not give this CVS your money. Even though it's the closest location I would rather drive to Gardner CVS or Walgreens. Horrible customer service Jonathan in the pharmacy is a rude little kid with no ability to work with public. Avoid it like the plague or COVID.

I went there and didn't expect to have great customer service since I've had previous bad experiences but oh boy was I totally wrong. I was trying to use a coupon for an item and the coupon wasn't working so the man that was working there took it off anyway and that was amazing in itself but I made a mistake of buying something and I wanted to return it because I thought it was going to print out another coupon and totally helped me fix the situation. I 100% recommend you come here the workers are so extremely nice and help you with what you need.

Do, this is the second time I've come by in 4 days.to pick up a new script. Both times both scripts weren't ready at the requested time. Why bother asking me when I want to pick it up, if you're always going to tell me, "we're slammed today." First time dropped off at 8:30am, requested pickup at 3. Had to tell wife to pickup at 4pm because after it wasn't ready at the pickup window at 3 p.m. I had an appointment and couldn't sit down to wait for 20 minutes for it. Second time was a rush, but it was also explained that I needed the medication because my wife just got out of surgery. They said they would have it in the 2-hour window I requested, and I showed up, and it wasn't ready. I was once again given the same reason, "we're slammed today." Beeing in the service industry myself, and I'm typically extremely patient when being explained what my delay is all about, but not when I'm told the same exact excuse 3 days apart on a Monday and a Thursday I have to suspect something deeper is at work, either managerial or staffing.. My friendly suggestion would be don't tell customers something will be ready at a particular time, only to disappoint them two times in one week when it's not, because I'm never driving down here before calling you to make sure it's ready from now on. I'm sure if every customer called you before they came down to make sure it was ready or not you would spend most of your time on the phone instead of serving customers. No offense, but wandering around your story browsing for 20 minutes is probably what I'd suspect the seventh layer of hell must be like in some modern twisted version of Dante's inferno.
