I didn’t want to talk, gave them all my info but because I didn’t want to talk the lady from the pharmacy. She tried to withhold my medication even though I provided all the correct information and then proceeded to ask if I needed anything else and told me that I couldn’t have my medication unless I spoke. If I can’t or am incapable of being able to speak, are you telling me I can’t get my medication. This made me furious. I would never support this company. If I didn’t need my medication. Terrible service, I hope they drown in bankruptcy.

The CVS Pharmacy did not want to provide the full services they have to offer. I use Capital One banking, and they do not have any branches in Kansas but they have agreements with business like CVS you can use to deposit money with them and get it on your Capital One Checking balance.
They did not want to scan the barcode or let me deposit with them, and told me to go to a stand alone CVS, even though they are listed on my Capital One banking app as a valid location, and while I'm sure they are busy it takes 2 minutes to scan the barcode count the $1000 and return $1 ($999 daily deposit limit) and they are getting cash they can use in their daily transactions with customers.
Seems awfully lazy to me, to make me drive another 10 minutes to a different CVS and make them do it when they're just as busy and both their systems are the same and would no doubt process the transaction.

We were told they couldn’t add a flavor to our child’s liquid steroid. We called another CVS and were told that they could easily add flavor.

All the pharmacy technicians at the CVS inside Target on 119th St in Olathe, KS are so terrific!Professional, friendly, efficient and just all round great folks.

Called to ask a question on a prescription, woman that answered the phone was very rude, and would not help me. I recommend going literally anywhere else, if you can, and to avoid CVS altogether.

I have been going to this location for years and I am pretty happy with the service. The people are very nice. I can't stand the IVR, though. I have to talk to a pharmacist to get certain medication prescriptions off hold. It takes forever and I am constantly saying "Speak to a pharmacist". I wish there was another way because I have to call twice a month for this reason.

Since my surgery and Walmart being out of my meds constantly I just switched to this pharmacy they have been so helpful even saving me a ton of money. Thank you for explaining different benefits and different help with prescription costs. After losing my insurance, I couldn’t afford my prescriptions so thank you so much.

Used this pharmacy for years! They have always been able to fill my larger prescriptions on time when other locations were not. Tara helped me out today, and was wonderful. Thank you!

Would not recommend. I called and my script was out. I wanted to see my other options for transferring my script to another pharmacy. They were not helpful and told me my medication was out in every CVS within 30 miles. I called another CVS off of college and they were in stock and very helpful explaining my options. They let me know what they had, and told me what do when coordinating with my doctor. I then got my medication the same day. I will not being going back to the CVS in target, poor staff, not helpful and I had been lied too regarding my medication availability.
