I came to drop off some disposable cameras and the lady at the counter was sooo nice! I didn’t catch her name, but she was very prompt, thorough in her instructions, checked everything to make sure it was done right, and very friendly! Great experience.

It's sad that you can not call and talk to a pharmacy person anymore. I just have an opinion question and called 3 differe t CVS's and can not talk to a human, only leave a message and probably get a call back in an hour. I will not be leaving a message and just take my business to someone who has a person that answers the phone.

CVS rep explained all the OTC areas and how to buy. This was my first time looking for OTC blue label pricing. He did a marvelous job in explaining and showing me the labels and products. Great and rewarding experience.

Refused to help me with a vaccine. Says right on their door they take walk-ins. Tech told me they don’t. Don’t have it on the door then.

Maybe consider another pharmacy if you get into a major accident that requires surgery and pain medications. The pharmacist initially refused to fill my pain medication because she was uncomfortable with giving it to me because I had been given pain medication in-between my ER visit and surgery. My insurance approved it and it was ordered by my physician. She caused me unnecessary pain and suffering after I had surgery due to her personal refusal to fill my prescribed medication. She even stated that I should have my scripts sent to another pharmacy. Luckily she eventually saw reason and filled the script. I will be seeking a new pharmacy.

My husband and I have been looking for the new Lysol spray that none has but at this CVS Tammy was over above and beyond to find them in the back for us. She had great social skills and a very friendly personality and very knowledgeable about their inventory. I very much recommend this CVS

This pharmacy has made several errors that have caused delays. For three separate prescription orders, they sent texts indicating the medications were ready for pickup; every time, when I went to pick them up, I was told the prescriptions weren’t ready. One other time they said a prescription was ready, and when I went to pick it up I was told they were out of the medicine. Not only that, I was told there was a shortage of the medication. I had the prescription order transferred to Walmart pharmacy, and they had it ready for me within half an hour. This CVS pharmacy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Skylar and Richard in the pharmacy are ALWAYS amazing and a couple times have saved my child’s life with their speedy service and going out of their way to contact my child’s doctor when I couldn’t reach anyone. They deserve all the stars.

Waited 2 weeks for flu and Covid shot with appointment. I show up and they cancel my appointment without letting me know. Awful service at the pharmacy. CVS at Santa Fe and K7 ( Olathe KS)

Worst freaking cvs ever called for a check on a prescription and the workers were so rude and disrespectful gave horrible attitude and had just hung on me before even letting me finish my sentence!! I needed medicine for my baby don't come here by far one of the worst CVS ever !!!

Not sure what's going on with CVS staffing, but my wife and I came in just to get a flu shot. Nothing else. Didn't want a COVID booster. They don't work anyway.We asked if they could give us the flu shot and you would think we asked for some huge favor! The guy at the counter made some dumb comment about having given 50 already by then (about 12:30 pm) and had to check. He then goes back to an office cubicle and asks someone sitting in there and you could actually hear the person angrily yell "NO!" a couple of aisles away! Wow! Okay.So we go on to Hen House grocery store, and ask... No Problem! Quick and easy... and while my wife and I were filling out the standard flu shot form, we saw and heard multiple other people walk up and start the process also. No yelling, no acting like they were overwhelmed, no dramatics at all. In fact, they were super polite and all smiles! Totally unlike approaching a CVS pharmacy worker. I guess next year we won't even bother trying to go to the obviously understaffed and overwhelmed CVS! SHEESH!
