Just for their pharmacy. Never properly staffed. Run out of medication regularly. I understand that there are outside circumstances, but why don't other pharmacies in town have the same issues. Even when they're fully staffed, they move at a snails pace. I moved over to the one off Santa Fe and Parker. No issues.

Any phone call io the pharmacy is stressful. Automated voice prompts are NOT what customers need. It should be a HUMAN, not a ROBOT

We were promised deals and bonus bucks type of discounts through my mom's health insurance and only 1 out of about 10 different things were available. We weren't too happy that most of the deals were promised for certain products but the actual discounts were either described too vaguely or didn't exist at all. Unfortunately turned into a waste of time but we're going to see if we may have misunderstood some deals but the staff seemed pretty sure that wasn't the case.

I arrived at 6:40pm for a walk in at the clinic. Went to check in since I was a 6:50 appointment and tried to take said appointment. Once I confirmed, it said it was already taken. That’s okay with me, I’ll ask if they had any available spots let’s for walk in when the 6:50 came, no problem. The problem was, the 6:50 never showed. So I decided to check if there was a RN on duty today, she said she was with her 6:50 currently. 7 passed, 7:10 passed then at 7:25 she came out with nobody, just herself. I asked if she had any walk ins for a simple test read and she said no, she had no time left. She waited a full 40 minutes, not helping anyone. Assumingly she said she had a 6:50 already booked so she didn’t have to work. I do not recommend going to this clinic and choose a different location.

I wouldn’t give a star at all, whoever was on the evening shift was extremely rude. I had 10 minutes before closing and couldn’t find what I had come in for and as soon at the store closed..Not one but both employees were rude and talking to me with an attitude. ??

I shop at CVS often due to their amazing coupons! I came across this location on accident from making a wrong turn. This is by far one of the most fully stocked and well put together CVS's I've been too! Literally every thing I wanted and needed and then some was here! Normally I have to bounce around to a few locations to get everything I need. I'll definitely be back here!

This is a very nice CVS pharmacy store. It's clean and well stocked with all of the brands and anything you might need. It has anywhere between 3:00 and 7 people working in the pharmacy at any one time. So as the cleanliness and functioning of the store goes I would give it a five stars. Now let me discuss my pet peeves about CVS. I went in looking for a very specific cream clothrimazole 1%. You can find this in more than one section in the store. Depending on which section it is the price varies by several dollars for the exact same strength, the exact same brand the store brand, and the exact same quantity. This doesn't make sense and I'm sure it's more profitable for the company but it's definitely not consumer friendly whatsoever. They need to standardize their pricing. The other problem, like many pharmacies, it's hard to find someone to help you even when there are a lot of people working. For consumer focus, they get a two. I don't mind paying a nominal markup, every physical store has expenses like overhead and salaries to pay for. What I don't like is seeing prices that are elevated 50 to 100 percent or more. I would recommend shopping here only when it is urgent.
