I wouldn’t give a star at all, whoever was on the evening shift was extremely rude. I had 10 minutes before closing and couldn’t find what I had come in for and as soon at the store closed..Not one but both employees were rude and talking to me with an attitude. ??

Unprofessional and extremely rude interactions. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

I shop at CVS often due to their amazing coupons! I came across this location on accident from making a wrong turn. This is by far one of the most fully stocked and well put together CVS's I've been too! Literally every thing I wanted and needed and then some was here! Normally I have to bounce around to a few locations to get everything I need. I'll definitely be back here!

Trying to pick up meds are rough here... You wait in line forever... the last thing I want to do after being at work for 12 hours is stand in line for 30+ minutes.

This pharmacy refuse to fill prescriptions for opioid maintenance medications and treats me like I’m using heroin or oxy when I ask to fill a suboxone script. Hate this pharmacy I can’t put it into words they have put my well being in danger.

This is a very nice CVS pharmacy store. It's clean and well stocked with all of the brands and anything you might need. It has anywhere between 3:00 and 7 people working in the pharmacy at any one time. So as the cleanliness and functioning of the store goes I would give it a five stars. Now let me discuss my pet peeves about CVS. I went in looking for a very specific cream clothrimazole 1%. You can find this in more than one section in the store. Depending on which section it is the price varies by several dollars for the exact same strength, the exact same brand the store brand, and the exact same quantity. This doesn't make sense and I'm sure it's more profitable for the company but it's definitely not consumer friendly whatsoever. They need to standardize their pricing. The other problem, like many pharmacies, it's hard to find someone to help you even when there are a lot of people working. For consumer focus, they get a two. I don't mind paying a nominal markup, every physical store has expenses like overhead and salaries to pay for. What I don't like is seeing prices that are elevated 50 to 100 percent or more. I would recommend shopping here only when it is urgent.

I'm definitely never coming here again for a prescription. Every time I come here it's worse and worse. The wait is insane they have four people working over there but only one person taking the line you should not be having people lined up all the way to the front of the store just trying to get the prescription. You need to work faster. And when you have a customer at the counter for a half hour arguing over a coupon when you have a line of 20 people you need to ask one of the other cashiers to jump on and help. You guys clearly do not care about your customers. I just left the ER I'm an excruciating pain and I had to stand in your line for almost an hour! It's ridiculous I will never be coming here again For Rx needs.

This store took away the drive through convenience during a pandemic, then now there will be 3-4 people in line to pick up at the pharmacy and 4 people behind the counter, and nobody looks up or acknowledges the people in line. They are absolutely horribly managed. This store needs a company intervention.

I've had bad experiences with this pharmacy every visit. The most recent was a pharm tech on the phone told me she couldn't release my prescription early because my insurance wouldn't allow it. I knew this wasn't correct so kept asking questions and it quickly became apparent she didn't want to fill the prescription but the reason didn't seem to be connected to the reasons she was telling me. She started to have a smirky tone to her voice and refused to fill the prescription until I called my insurance company. I told her to fill it and I would call the insurance company to see what the issue was and if I needed to pay I would pay with cash. Explaining I needed to fill the prescription as I was getting ready to go out of town which is why my dr send order at this time. She became upset and hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager and discovered I was indeed correct the insurance had nothing to do with it and they just needed to confirm some information. The manager was very apologetic and was able to help me get everything sorted out. One unprofessional employee almost caused me to have to waste my time contacting my provider and insurance company just because she wanted to save from filling one perception. Or worse I could of had to go out of town without a prescription. Even if your short handed this isn't how you handle situations. I gave 2 stars because the manager did try and fix the situation.

I am not one to write reviews, even if I have had a bad experience. However, a few of the pharmacy workers at this particular location are inexcusably rude and unprofessional. I have encountered this behavior multiple times within the past couple months. I understand they are overloaded with work and understaffed, but aren’t most companies at this point in time.Hiring more pharmacy staff and or providing customer service training for the current pharmacy staff and future employees would be a start in the right direction. This pharmacy location is a complete mess and at this point, I think anything could help.

This CVS has no help. Hire more people . I called and am on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. I needed to TALK TO PERSON!!! My prescription is written wrong!!! Hire some one to JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!Last week I went in to pick up meds and sign up for my booster shot. NO ONE WOULD HELP ME. the one person I did get from didn’t know how to sign up in the store. The app wasn’t working. The man at the front was harassing my father who is 84 and could not find his credit card. He kept asking stupid questions like is this your wife… really ?? My dad has some dementia and panics when he can’t hear well and thinks he lost his card.Edit this CVS fill my stripy then put it back and refused to fill it when I had no pills left . They filled the wrong pills the month before so I ran out of the them sooner . My ins paid for them but CVS refused … said would have to come back tomorrow told us she didn’t have time tonight my husband told her they should have been filled already… he went up front for other things and came back me she had filled it he left at 8:55pm if she had just done what was asked he would have been out by 8:30. Total waste of time. Still one star would be zero if I could .
