I had taken my car several places because it periodically wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do unless the problem was happening right then. Here they said if I was willing to leave it they would keep my car until it wouldn't start so they could figure out the problem. I was thrilled they would do this. I took it in and they called me a couple hours later and had already figured out the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I now have a reliable car again!

I may have waited a few minutes for my headlights to get to the shop but all in all they did help me out and had great conversation while i was waiting will go back

They went out of their way to get my car taken care of and delivered it to me. Took my husband's car there as well and appreciate the honesty on the estimate we got we will take any of our cars for repairs there.

My car was making a noise and David immediately diagnosed it. They fixed the wheel baring and did an alignment, replaced my brakes, and did an oil change! Excellent work, professional, and efficient - all while being professional! They were timely and Shawn kept us notified all along the way! The car was ready when promised and I couldn't be happier! We will definitely use them again!

I talked with Scott regarding an issue I have with my Ford. He pulled a code and said I need to "fix" a Fuel Tank Pressure (valve or sensor) problem, which is causing the Check Engine light to show. I did not have a clue about what to do and now have an appointment scheduled to fix the problem. He was courteous, helpful, and thorough, which is what I had already heard about D&J's.

I took my car in to have all 4 wheels balanced, as I had picked up a slight vibration over the winter. My car was brought in immediately, and Scott went to work right away. Due to the Corona virus epidemic, they wiped down all touched surfaces, and wore gloves. The service was fast, convenient, and most of all, my car is smooth as glass on the highway again. I would highly recommend them, and especially service wizard, Scott Dunn!

I took my truck there for a noise. They replaced the U-joints, but also told me I needed a front differential because it was leaking (unrelated). I got a second opinion and there was a *screwdriver-sized hole* in the seal of the differential and it was leaking! I hadn't noticed a leak on the garage floor, and there was very little leaked fluid aft of the hole in the seal, so it had not been that way very long. It also didn't look like it was accidental because there was a hammer mark near the screwdriver gouge where they missed. I will never go back there. Sad thing is: I had replaced the same front differential 2.5 years before. Who knows if it really needed it. Mechanics are usually skilled or honest, rarely both.
