I was not able to use my phone for three days when I decided to take it to Device Pros. I couldn’t even make phone calls. When I got there the man at the front desk was so nice and he fixed it for me in less than a minute! They definitely know their devices and how to fix them, I highly recommend them for any and all of your device maintenance needs!

The owner was who assisted us and he was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. This business was fast and efficient. They repaired an iPhone and if we ever have problems we will be return customers!

I would recommend these guys anytime!
So, to start, I bought a used, refurbished s10e Samsung phone from these guys about 5 years ago. They set me up; helped me transfer my data from my old Android to the s10e. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about it all; very easy to work with. It was a very good and smooth transition. It has NEVER had any problems!
Fast forward to yesterday --5 years later-- I had a new A14 Samsung phone which I was having difficulty with. I was having trouble getting it to 'Factory Reset' so I could resell it. (Long story here because Xfinity said it was 'not compatible' with their system and I had to purchase an A15 from them. Don't get me started, I was actually quite frustrated with that situation!) Anyway, Device Pros looked at what I had done with the A14 (on my own). Listened well to my situation and instructed me ... correctly, I should mention here because I had to take it home to finish the 'Factory Reset'. Everything went great! I would recommend these guys anytime!

I dropped my phone on the ice in Jan, and it would not come on. Was seriously afraid I would have to get a new one, but device pros was able to fix it same day in just a few hours. Really pleased! This place was recommended by batteries plus bulbs, and it was a great recommendation.

I love everything about them! They got me in and had my phone fixed the very next day- it was a special order part. I am very impressed with their kindness and service.
