Easy to schedule. Staff is efficient and helpful. Facility is clean and modern.I was very nervous about some of the results and went to the facility the following day and they explained what they saw and DIDN’T see. That level of compassion doesn’t happen everywhere. 10/5 stars.

The person who retrieved me from the waiting room and prepared me for the doctor was named Robin, and she was WONDERFUL. Friendly, helpful, and informative - she made me feel prepared and at ease for a procedure I was having done for the first time. Thank you, Robin!

Giving a great review for a great staff. The scheduler was helpful and talked me through my options and was able to get me an appointment for 2 days from my call. A local hospital for the same scan could not get me an appointment for 4 months. The front desk was very pleasant and had everything ready for my appointment. I must very much thank Brian and the rest of the team for putting me at ease as I was very nervous during my scan. I love, love, love this Olathe location.

I can’t speak to anything beyond the front desk. However, want to send a big thank you to the brunette woman at the front desk. Her kindness, empathy, and resourcefulness saved me from having a mental breakdown today. I am starting fertility treatments so that is not an easy task ? THANK YOU!

I walked in with a prescription from my doctor for an emergency scan of my leg. They didn't care that it was urgent or life and death you must have an appointment and they had none available. So I ended up at the emergency room of the local hospital

I had coronary calcium scanning last week, still no report. It used to be the same day or the next day in the past. But it has been a lot worse lately. I think they don't have enough radiologists to get things done in a timely manner. I would recommend other centers for fast results.

Oh Diagnostic Imaging….What a disappointment. Yes it is Friday morning. You say a 0 minute wait but I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and no one answered. You have to get better!!! I understand these are tough times, but rise above the other companies and have some customer service.

Would NEVER recommend this place ever! My wife is 18.5 weeks pregnant. We went in for her anatomy scan and half of her report was “limited visibility” and for as much limited visibility they put, they sure made some pretty strong statements that we will now get a second opinion on. And will further update our review after that. We were not happy with how our scan was handled. We left a message for Cheryl Johnson and she didn’t even bother to call us back. Again, DO NOT EVER GO HERE!

The staff was really personable,and great to work with. The technicians made you feel comfortable. Little to no wait from appointment time on both my initial and follow up visit. Great practice.

Always friendly and easy to work with. Short wait time. They take the time to explain the process to put you at ease. Side Note - much less expensive than the hospital clinic/services that you get referred to.

I'm told to arrive 15 minutes early just to sit for an additional hour. The person who checked me in didn't tell me they were running behind. I left work early to get here early. It's beyond frustrating. I don't live in this city and there's not a location where I live. I would have rather there been a call or text to tell me how long the wait was so I could reschedule.My drive home... was 35 minutes but since the appointment delay put my drive home into rush hour, it took an hour.
