Dipman Auto Service was a great experience. I was visiting my brother from out of town when my thermostat failed. My brother has been taking his vehicles here for a decade. They got it in the very day and had it repaired same day. They made sure everything was right including a follow up check up so I also had them do an oil change. I would go back to them in a hot second. Barth and crew were professional, expert, and welcoming. 5 stars. Thanks guys!

New to Kansas, had difficult time to find a decent shop where they can be straight forward and not too focused on trying to sell 'too early' preventive maintenances. And this place was it. After hour drop off was simple, diagnostic cost was very reasonable and then they even applied discount. Fixed my vehicle's issue and they did not try to sell me anything like sales people I used to see at other shops. I think I found my shop. Thanks again!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Had a water pump go out on my car and Dipman (Bret in particular) went above and beyond. I haven’t lived in the area long but I’m happy to know I have a place to take my vehicles in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you again Bret and Dipman.

This a great group of people . Fast work and a professional job. While traveling in truck we with a trailer. Lights on trailer came unhook and stripped. Called them at 4:15 pm on Friday evening. They fit us in, stayed late to fix the lights and get us on the road. Low price too. I highly recommend this business.

Last year I brought my car here to get the brakes done. I recently started having an issue with a brake rotor, when I took it back in they warrantied it and didn’t charge me because they should have lasted longer than they did. I’m glad to know they stand behind their work and willing to make things right. They are always super nice and helpful. I also appreciate their hours from 7-6 because it makes it easier if you work to leave it with them for the day.

Very disappointed in this place, I have used this place many of times. My alignment from 6 weeks ago was bad, took it in they said a part on my truck was bad, replaced it, toom it back, kept my vehicle all day till close just for them to tell me they won't do the alignment because there's other things wrong, so did the first alignment 6 weeks ago with things wrong then refused this time, twice this week they had my vehicle all day both days just for them to tell me they cant do anything. And extremely rude when I tried to ask questions at pick up or even for any type of paperwork. So money down the drain for new tires from the first bad alignment and no answers from anyone about anything.
