Went it for a simple realignment. Left with a disconnected turn signal, a check engine light and a hubcap cover falling off my car due to sloppy and careless installation. They said they’d replace it. However, I was brought back 5 TIMES in a month because they can’t keep track of the measurements of my wheels (or bother to measure all of them in one visit). And then the manager had the nerve to call me about a customer review before any problems was even fixed. And finally when they said they cant find a replacement, all I got was “do it yourself”.
All this company has done it prove to me that all mechanics are untrustworthy. THANKS FOR NOTHING TODD

Great experience at Discount Tire! Super friendly employees who listened to what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into getting something outside my budget.
The entire process didn't take too long. This is my 2nd time using Discount Tire and I will continue to be back in the future.

I was traveling through from Oklahoma to Minnesota and I ended up getting a bad flat, I came in with no appointment , they not only got me in immediately they were also extremely nice and understanding they made me and my family feel welcomed. I'd 100% recommend this location if you have a tire emergency!

Although technically I did not use their service - the man with the mustache was so kind and caring - it wasn’t up to me for the final say on where to take my vehicle - but he was beyond helpful and I am thankful for his act of kindness .

The staff here made buying a new set of tires quick and painless. They run through all your options, make recommendations without pushing anything on you, and are wonderfully polite. I would definitely visit again for anything tire-related.

It took 2 appointments over 2 days and the second day was over 2 hours, and I had an appointment, to get my TPMS sensors replaced. Sensors that I had already bought from DT a year ago. The Belton store is awesome, quick and they hustle. The Olathe store is a trainwreck. DT brags about the lower wait time with an appointment, that rule doesn't seem to apply here.
